The driver was aggressively passing vehicles in the canyon, driving recklessly, and forcing other vehicles off the road. This type of behavior is dangerous and could have easily resulted in a serious accident. When an employee is driving a company vehicle, they are representing the business, and unfortunately, this driver's actions reflected very poorly on the company and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for public safety. He cut through stem walls and load bearing walls, did not install the air vents correctly and needlessly cut through sprinkler lines. He had different assistants each time he came who seemed incompetent. He did not install the shower vent lines correctly, nor the toilet flage and pipes. He now refuses to respond to telephone calls or texts. My only alternative now is to file a complaint with the CSLB. His endless mistakes have caused us a needless loss of time and more money to have his mistakes corrected by a knowledgeable and professional plumber.
