Now that the home is being occupied and has all the appliances hooked up, first use of the washer today and all the tubs begin to back up and overflow. Septic is overflowing and house is flooding. I immediately jumped onto social media and asked my neighbors to recommend someone to take care of our crappy issue. Did I mention it happened around 10:30 at night? We got a couple of recommendations from neighbors to contact Rigo's Sanitation, after calling the emergency numbers on Google for nearby companies who could help--and being told that the fee "depends on which employee came to my house". (Note: RUN from Roto Rooter!!! Don't pass GO, etc...!). Unfortunately, we woke Rigo up. But, he gave us a quote, and we agreed to wait until the morning before he would come over. Our guests, who stayed overnight, understood the "yellow is mellow" rule that night, and everyone took a trip to our park's restrooms the next morning, while we waited for them to show up. We were happy when they came to the house--before 10 am--ready to work. We learned a couple of new things, like where the entrance to the tank was, and the process itself was quick and efficient. The original quote matched the fee at the end of the service--no hidden fees--which only solidified my appreciation for the company's work ethics and commitment to service for which they were hired. I highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future. If you don't care about good service, hire someone else. First they said the bins weren't out, but I told them they were set out at midnight when I got home. Then they said the driver said our trash didn't need to be picked up. When I called the sales representative, he said the driver should have dumped them no matter what he thought. Office staff tells you to call the sales representative then the sales representative tells you to call the office staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
