Have rented a porto from these folks longterm in a remote spot and they've been fairly priced, super responsive and show up when scheduled. Dana in the office is very on it and detailed oriented and the other folks I've felt with follow up as well. read more

I would not use this company again I got my septic tank pump and 5 months later it's doing the same thing. This is not acceptable. When I got it pumped the two guys said I shouldn't have to do it again for 2-5 years. When I called in the receptionist said they will have to charge 400 bucks again and they have new people. Make me feel like the other two weren't doing the job right.why would I pay again for something that was clearly not pumped correctly the first time. Losing 450 bucks isn't good but I will contact my attorney where I work and see what can be done because this is ridiculous. read more

Polite and professional on the phone. They pumped our septic tank the very next day when it was critical for us and they did a perfect job. They were polite, responded to my call super quickly, came on a weekend, found my tank and dug for me, and they charged quite a bit less ($300+ less) than another company in the area was going to. ATTENTION ALL : I rarely leave bad reviews but this was the worse experience we've ever had. So, in my area this is the closest company to clean out septic tanks. We bought our house March 2020. Prior to us moving her we lived in Juniper Hills in septic system 6+ years so we know how this works to make our lives easier we made habits since 2015 to not throw toilet paper in our toilet nor any sort of food in our sink because it will eventually give us septic problems. We use all biodegradable cleaning and laundry product to take care of our septic. This company came in to pump our tank Oct. 5, 2021 due to back up for the first time of owning this home. When the guys were done, they called me over I noticed the cap to one of our lines was broken. I didn't say anything to the guys to see if they would have the decency to let me know they broke it. But no they just left. My husband got upset but I told him to not make a big deal over a $3 cap so we replaced ourself. Now fast forward to now on Nov. 25, 2021. 1 month and 2 weeks later. We started having back up again. On thanksgiving day of all day. My husband went to go check the lines and exactly where the septic tank is my husband started sinking in the dirt like it was quick sand and fall. My husband started digging up the wet dirt which is 4 feet down to even get to the septic lid. We couldn't even get to the lid cause Water started coming out and bubbling. Since it was a long holiday weekend we couldn't reach the company but today Nov. 29, 2021 we reached out to them to explain what was going on. We spoke to SHAWNA ZARAGOZA who was extremely rude from the beginning. So this message is to her " IF YOUR NOT HAPPY SWEETHEART WERE YOU WORK FIND A JOB OR CAREER THATS MAKES YOU HAPPY" cause your costumer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. We were nice to her and she was being snapping for no reason that when we got stern with her. We were trying to explain so we can get a resolution. We tried speaking to someone else then her and she say no she is the "General Manager" I asked to speak with her boss she said no he is to busy. She stated if they came out again they were going to charge us again to just see what it was. I told her how were we going to be charged if the septic was emptied out not even two months ago and in 1 1/2 year of owning it we didn't have issues until we had out first back up and called them. And we they came we are having issues 1 1/2 month after makes no sense. She said they were a business and they don't go out for free. I told her my husband owns a welding business so we know how business works and if a client of my husband calls over a job he did recently he goes and checks it out cause his work is his pride. He wants all this customers to see his job was worth paying. I'm a office administrator to a law firm and I as well take pride of how I deal with my customers. Now this lady is doing such a bad job to show what the company represents. Rude, unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. I will be attaching pictures of proof. Good thing I work at a law firm I know documents and photos are important as evidence. I hope all well to this people specially Shawna Zaragoza and hope something in her life goes good to help her soul because she is so unhappy with herself or life in general it's visible to see. THE WORST!! Front desk shawna is not only the most disrespectful person answering the phones but they have her also making fake Yelp reviews trying to promote there company that's how bad they are. We have work done at our house by them ans not only are they not clean or careful with our property but still get offended when you call them to complain about there workers and service. We provided proof with pictures of there poor job and they still get snappy and offended. If I could give Sim zero stars, I definitely would. Sim's Office Supervisor, Shawna Zaragoza is definitely a sour lemon. My initial phone call was with a very nice person named, Elliana. I asked for a quote for a Septic Inspection/ Certification/Pumping. I was quoted $300.00 for the certification and $425.00 for the pumping fee. Elliana quickly sent me an intake form to fill-out. I completed the form and emailed it back to her. Directly after sending Elliana my completed work order, I called my propane provider, Waste Management (WM), to change my scheduled propane fill date. While on the phone with WM, I inquired if they provided septic pumping services and septic inspections/certifications. I was informed that they provide services for septic pumping but not septic inspections/certifications. WM quoted me a price of $250.00 to pump my septic tank. Since WM pumping fee was $175.00 cheaper than Sim's pumping fee, I placed another call to Sim and asked the following questions: *Can I order a Septic Inspection/Certification without having my septic tank pumped by your company? *If I decide to only have a septic inspection, can the inspection happen with-out emptying the septic tank? *If the septic inspector needs the septic tank pumped, does the tank need to be pumped before or after the inspection? My initial contact person, Elliana, was not available when I called to ask the above questions. Shawna Zaragoza took my call. She immediately informed me she was Elliana's supervisor. I felt like I would be in good hands with her since she was the supervisor. Oh boy, was I ever wrong. Shawna became very upset with me. As I asked her the above questions, she became more irate. I was honest with her and let her know I had been getting quotes and found Waste Management in Tehachapi was significantly cheaper on their pumping rates. I informed her I wanted to use her company to perform the Septic Inspection/Cert only, and was simply trying to find-out whether or not the septic had to be pumped prior to her companies inspector coming out. She began angrily stating that WM was not dependable; they are horrible and good luck, She told me to go to John the plumber, if I didn't like their prices. She didn't care who I used. I was shocked. Her rant continued. Initially, I agreed to stay with her company because I was unsure if somehow I had caused her outburst. Also, I worried if I could get another company to perform the work in a timely manner. I hung-up the phone and went directly to Yelp to see if anyone else had experienced such behavior from Shawna. To my surprise, Ms. Shawna Zaragoza, has been a very bad girl to many others. I called her right back and cancelled my order effective immediately. Whew! What a day! Firing someone doesn't not make me happy but in this case I was thrilled to let her go! read more

We bought our home in June of 2017; Sims did the inspection for our septic system. Not even 6 months later, it failed. We contacted them twice for help and have yet to receive a call back. Even though we were promised a call back from the owner. Poor customer service. read more

We had septic tank issues (back up toilets shower tubs etc) yesterday evening. Called Sim and were told their employees clock in at 7:15 am and would arrive Bear Valley Springs before 8:00. They were right on time and the young guy was so nice and personable. After digging access he explained what was needed, did not attempt to sell us anything and was very nice when we asked questions. We are new to septic so he explained what he expected to find, the materials used for systems during early 2000 and materials used now. He said ours was in surprisingly good shape and did not take long to locate the problem and fix it. Based on the timely response and great customer service we will use Sim when our system finally does need replacing. Great job Sim, it was a pleasure doing business with you. read more

Every thing they have done has had to be redone. Most recently, the water line running to the back of the property has sprung 3 separate leaks due to improper fitting (not seated properly) and sealing of the pipes (lack of sealant). I have the pieces to prove it. The "builder" called Sim and got no response. I called a reliable plumber who fixed their mess. And I should not have to pay for this work! This house/property is only 7 months old. In addition, the builder (Oak Valley) and Sim lied to me about digging the trench for PGE saying USA was delaying the process. I caught them both in the lie. Sim wouldn't do it until the builder paid them for work done. (A consistent issue with Oak Valley.) Sim also had to come back & dig the trench wider because they "knew better" that the requirements from PGE. Based on the experiences of myself and others, I fear the septic is a nightmare waiting to happen. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, unreliable, unethical. read more

Sim's Sanitation pulled an old "Switch and Bait" routine. They quoted us over the phone to pump our septic tank (both Tanks) for $245.00 on 3 different phone calls and spoke to two different woman. We gave them our card information over the phone before services were rendered. They ran my Card for the $245.00. Upon service day, Feb. 2018, their truck arrived full and they were only able to pump a portion of our tank leaving the 1st tank incomplete and not even touching our second tank. They had to return hours later to complete the job. To my surprise several days later they re-ran my credit card for 2 1/2 times the amount quoted. I never received a quote in writing nor an invoice. I also never signed any documentation for their services. I tried contacting their company and could not get anywhere. They would not release the owners name, nor their business license number. I never received a call back from the owner to date. I advised them that it is poor customer service to not update a client before running their card for a different amount other than agreed upon. This has created a financial hardship for my family. I tried disputing it through my bank and three months later I'm unable to win based on the fact that I do not have an invoice from this company to justify my $245.00 agreement. Even though this company does not even have an authorized signature from me. I believe the girls name in the office who refused to give me any company information and confirmed she never emailed me a receipt was Rachelle. This girl was very Rude and very defensive. I'm forced now to file a negative report with the BBB on this company as well as with consumer affairs. None of their office ladies know how to handle customer service nor legal legalities. I highly DO NOT recommend providing business for this company. They do not deserve it in my opinion based on the way they treat people. And on fraudelintly running someones bank card for an un-authorized amount. read more
