Love the service and skill here for threading! There are a number of advanced skin care / anti aging services here as well, which I have not tried. My only hesitation for leaving more stars is the pretty nonstop sales pitch for packages and memberships at checkout. The threading packages do seem like deals, but feeling kind of pressured to consider one canceled out the memory of my first great threading experience so much that I avoided using Arch for quite awhile. I did return however, and purchased a threading package to try it out. Again, quality of service and the skill of my threading artist are both wonderful. Me being uncomfortable dealing with enthusiastic sales techniques is the sole reason for withholding stars. thanks Arch! read more

I've been coming here for about 6 months now. The ladies are very polite. I do have my favorite ladies to work with but I don't think you can set up schedules with them. I would give more stars for the actual eyebrow threading I received which was good. Not the best but above average. However, I've reduced my review to 1 Star based on the customer service I received today. I was using a gift certificate worth $25 to pay for my $10 eyebrow threading service. The employee didn't seem to know how to apply it so she was messaging the owner, Nadia, about it. Nadia called and asked to speak with me over the phone as she was not in store at the time. She told me the gift certificate is from 2017 (I had no idea when it was given as it was given to my mom, who gave it to me to use today), and that it expires after 1 year. She said she will honor it but that I have to use all $25 in one visit. She suggested I can get my upper lip and chin threaded which would put me at $23 (I don't need those services, just eyebrows.) I told her that 1. The gift certificate should have clearly indicated if there's an expiration date, and this one did not; and 2. The gift certificate should have clearly indicated if the value must be used at one time, and this one did not. Nadia said that she TOLD the person who purchased the gift certificate that there's a 1 year expiration. But would I know that if it's not written on the actual gift certificate? Further, she had no answer for me pointing out that the gift certificate must be used all in one visit except to very rudely tell me that she "can't keep letting you come back to use the gift certificate over and over." This was my first time using it. Needless to say, someone purchased a $25 gift certificate and I was only given $10 worth of services. Because of Nadia, the owner, (not the sweet employee) I will not be returning to this threading place nor will my mother or my sister. read more

First time getting microdermabrasion and it was pleasant. I did so many research about microdermabrasion and still had questions. For Valentine's Day this year, I get to pick what I really wanted so I picked microdermabrasion over flowers :). There were 3 Valentine's Day Special so I picked the Gold Microderm and when I called in to set up my appointment the lady I spoke to said when I go in, they would do an evaluation to make sure the package I picked was good for my skin because I told her I wasn't sure if I picked the right package for my skin type; And they'll be able to change my treatment to something that suits my skin type. So when I went in the day of my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, filled some form and off I go to change. Haleema was the one who did my face. I didn't know what to expect so when it was time to do my treatment, she didn't do any evaluation like I was told. I guess part of it was my fault because I didn't say anything. Remember it was my first time so I didn't know what was going on. As soon as she started the treatment she said I have very sensitive skin and I guess the treatment requires (?) 3 passes but she's only going to do 1 (or 2? I can't remember coz it's almost a month) passes coz my skin will be bruised up due to how sensitive it really is. It wasn't painful at all, Haleema was so sweet, she answered my (too many) questions. It's been almost a month since my visit and according to my bf, my skin is improving. I had some hyper pigmentation from old acne scars and I think they've lightened and my pores have improved. Haleema also suggested I buy this treatment kit for sensitive skin and I've been using it since. I got 3 treatments so I look forward to going in for my second one. All in all, I enjoyed my experience seeing it was my first time. It was soothing and very pleasant, I look forward to getting my second treatment before my birthday. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star is because they didn't evaluate my skin before starting the treatment but everything else was awesome. read more

The ladies were super nice and accommodating. I'd never gotten my legs waxed before and she was extra gentle and patient. I initially went just to do the Groupon leg wax but I ended up buying a package. I look forward to going back in a few weeks and I plan to get a Brazilian as well. I highly recommend this place.
