I didn't catch the whole story and I thought maybe the person ahead of us was picky or something and didn't pay much attention. Well I was definitely wrong! When we also had an issue we brought it to Sana's attention and she automatically got defensive, started talking down to us (just like she did with the other woman) and even gave an attitude. I let her know that I was not satisfied with the job and that she messed up. My eyebrows were too thin and also uneven. When we tried to pay she insisted on charging me for the messed up eyebrows and tried to be sneaky about it. The amount would have been $5 for my eyebrows, $5 for upper lip wax, and then $5 for my mother's eyebrows totaling $15 BUT since my eyebrows had been messed up I didn't think it was appropriate to charge me for the full $15, and it should have been dropped down to $10. When I put my card in I saw her adding more onto the $10 charge making it total out to $17 before I even had the chance to add a tip! When I asked about the price she lied and said that there was a $7 fee for using a card. This is not true because 1. That is a ridiculously priced fee and 2. The last time we went there I also paid with a card and there was no fee! To avoid this made up fee we tried to pay with cash. Unfortunately the only bill we had was $100. When she gave us our change she stated that she was giving us back $85, still charging me for the messed up eyebrows! Luckily we counted the money and found out that this was also not true because we were actually only getting $80 back. She was trying to sneak an extra $10 off of us! We had enough and had to threaten to call the police! After that she finally caved in and gave us the correct amount back. I was going to tip for the services done but after everything went down I just wanted to pay what I owed and got the hell out of that shitty situation.

Went on a cruise this week and didn't do anything but lay around and still managed to break 3 nails in less than a week of getting them done. The nails looked so good, got tons of compliments. The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

She then started talking crap in her language, got up and refused to do my nails. She continue to talk and I asked her if she can speak in English because I know what she's saying. If you're looking to be treated equally no matter what this is not the place. I also asked for regular polish because honesty child polish is ridiculous in price. Tom gave me gel polish anyways. At that moment, I just really wanted to get whatever and leave But within hours it started peeling. I had to pay $50 for gel polished that I originally did not want.
