She evaluates the shade of your teeth, takes a picture and shows you your before and after, side by side. She puts an apparatus in your mouth to hold your lips away from your teeth while they are being whitened. A barrier is placed on each tooth to protect your gums and oil applied to your lips, to protect them from getting chapped (genius; I wish my dentist did this). Sheri, a Picasso of sorts, paints the whitening solution on each tooth and places a light directly next to your mouth for about 10-15 mins. When the drying is done, you rinse your mouth and a new results picture is taken. I would definitely recommend this whitening business for a whiter, brighter smile and fantastic, friendly service. If you find a cheaper price on Groupon, yelp, or even google, just tell Sheri about it and she will honor it without you having to purchase a voucher from a 3rd party. How convenient!

This is a great and affordable way to whiten your teeth. I have very sensitive teeth (I even use…read moresensitive toothpaste) and only experienced minor tweaks of pain for 24 hours after treatment. I opted to do just two rounds of lower level strength treatment instead of three. While the results aren't as dramatic as if I'd done all three rounds, they are still noticeable and well worth the cost. And not having tough flashes of pain was totally worth it. By the way - your teeth hurt because the process dehydrates them. As your saliva remineralizes your teeth over the following 24ish hours post-treatment, the pain goes away. During this time it's also important not to drink or eat anything that, if spilled on your shirt, would cause a stain. So if you must have coffee (raises hand) or wine (raises other hand), drink through a straw for a day or two. Also look online before you call to book. They offer lots of great specials. I brought headphones and an audible book to listen to, but they have thoughtfully provided a TV for entertainment during the treatment. We reviewed my results (lightened 2 shades) and Brandy made recommendations for a personalized plan to maintain my results. Loved how they made sure I had enough Vaseline to keep my lips moist and my gums protected. The procedure itself is quick and painless and results were awesome! All the visible stains on my teeth were gone! Amber also took before photos so it was easy to compare, not that I needed them as I had a pretty visible improvement.
