Sometimes I just love this place it's nice and I like the lady who did my lashes the first few times they were great. It's clean and looks like a cozy place. Which is what you want when getting lashed done. However. This last time she didn't even put lashes on all of them she missed while section which I didn't notice until I look in a better mirror after I got home. I called to see if there was availability same day for a full set of Hybrids. I was told that there was availability in several slots so I took the first availability. This was my first time here since moving to the area and I am so glad I found them. The location is very convenient, lots if shopping places to go to and places to eat. I was greeted upon walking in, and the staff at front desk was helpful and nice. I was called in right at my appointment time, and it took only 1 hour to get my lashes done. This was the quickest I have ever gotten them done, and they look amazing. The studio had several private rooms, and it was very clean. The full set of hybrids were very well priced. Upon check out, they give you a shield you can put on your forehead to help you protect your lashes if you decide to shower that day. They also give you after care instructions, and a few lash brushes to get you by until your next appointment. read more

I paid $150 for "mega volume", they were able to get me in the same day. But this isn't mega volume, they are extremely itchy and I can feel the huge clumps of glue. As soon as I got home a big piece of my lashes came off and I had to go get them fixed, same day. I got them done yesterday, and this happened the last time I came here, it was a different lash tech. Amazing experience. I tried it out because they were having a $99 classic deal. I thought "why not" if I don't like it I'll just take them off. I walked in and saw the comparison of hybrid to classic and asked if I could change to hybrid instead only ($115). My tech Stephanie did an AMAZING job. She took her time, made me comfortable, my room was quiet and I even feel asleep. She wrote down notes on what numbers she used and made sure they were in the system so next time I come they will have it ready. Total time in was about an hour. She explained maintenance and care and I even woke up this morning and forgot I had them done. They look natural but emphasized. I will definitely be back. I asked for an eyelash lift. I two days after my appointment i called to get a refund because my lashes are going in different directions. It's so uncomfortable. Jaslynn said she can't do anything about my lashes going different direction. The process took 30 minutes. When I called for a refund they asked if I can go in to see what is going on but Jaslynn just kept saying it's how my eyes are that my lashes will poke my eyelids. Ummmm if that's the case save your money and go somewhere else or just by false eyelashes. I didn't have a good experience here. read more

This was my very first time having my lashes done. And I was blown away! The results were BEAUTIFUL and I was so proud of the way they look and have looked for about a month now. Of course as your natural lashes grow, the false ones will fall off. These have fallen off slowly and not all at one time, so it still looks good even when you know it's time for a re-lash. Oooooh la la...I am feeling confident with my new lashes. Definitely a #transformationtuesday for me. My technician was very professional and well trained. On arrival, I was immediately offered water. The table/chair was comfortable - my back did not ache whatsoever. I was tucked underneath the covers listening to instrumental music, and almost fell asleep. They have three different level technician for the extensions: beginner ($140), expert ($180), and master ($200). The best way to distinguish between these three is based on the level of training and quality of lash placement. For example, beginner level technician can have roughly 1 year of training. Expert technician would have a little more training. As part of their grand opening, there is 50% off new lash full set. Take advantage of it while it lasts! I decided to go for the expert with the classic set, something natural for a daily look. Let me tell you that my eyes did not burn at all. I recall getting my first extensions at a different location, and my eyes were red for days; this was not a problem at Glam Lash. The white of my eye remained white. At the end of the session, I was given a sheet for after care. It's important to not wet the lashes for the first 24 hours. Just a tip to not put any eye makeup, e.g. eyeliner or mascara on the day of. I highly recommend this place, and will be back to get the relash. read more

Horrible customer service! My first THREE appointments I couldn't be taken back at my scheduled appointment time. The first time the tech was not there and ran 30 minutes late, the 2nd time 3 minutes before my appointment they told me she was needing to reschedule my appointment, the 3rd time I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and the tech needing a whole extra hour with the client she was with so I had to go back an hour later. My last appointment last week they had no availability and didn't say anything until I was already laying there with my eyes taped shut. I called today to reschedule my appointment with a 24 hour notice like stated in the policy and she told me that since I'm doing it last minute she would not reschedule me. I have worn lash extensions for over 5 years now. I am also a cancer patient. I made an appointment here and mentioned being tired from treatment. Within a few hours I received a phone call telling me they would not do my lashes because of my cancer. I attempted to explain I have been in treatment for 4 years and lashes are not a problem but the terribly insensitive lady was persistent that she would NOT do it. I realize it's her right to refuse service but this was hateful and rude. I have cancer but you can't catch it!! Jaslynn is efficient, her touch is light as a feather and does a wonderful job, my lashes look natural and usually last me well over a month. I wish I even had words to describe what a wonderful day it was when I walked into Glam Lash and had my first set of Russian volume silk lashes applied by Jaclynn!!! I went to a membership-based salon (near Kroger) for about 7 months. In that time I spent well over TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS - as a MEMBER - trying to keep a bare minimum of their "proprietary" synthetic junk lashes on. I was AMAZED if a fill lasted one week there. Their all-synthetic, "one-type-might-fit-all" products + bad management, high turnover, and inexperienced stylists had damaged my natural lashes (and bank account!) so badly that I'd given up. Then I saw Glam Lash, and they were highly recommended by hair stylists at Toni & Guy. I decided it couldn't hurt to try.  There are SO many positive differences in how Glam Lash is run. Mainly, they are excellent artists who know exactly what will look and work best on you. Of course they do what customers specifically request, but IMO it's wisest to listen to their experience when choosing lash type, volume and length. They have high quality synthetic, silk, and faux mink in a wide variety of lengths and volumes.  WAY more than four options to choose from! At the other salon, even if I DID find a stylist I liked, I would call for an appt and be told she'd quit or didn't work until week after next, so I'd always have to schedule w some stranger. At Glam Lash, it's better to make an appointment, but they do their best to accommodate a walk in or emergency. When I call to schedule, I am always able to see either Lee or Jaclynn within a day or two. Jaclynn and Lee have both done my lashes. They look far more stunning than they ever did at the other, NOT Amazing place. They are so light I can't feel them, and the adhesive holds high volume amounts easily. It was 3 weeks before I had enough fallout (from my natural growth cycle) to be ready for a refill. If you are also NOT Amazed by that other salon; and want high quality options with great stylists, normal lengths of time between fills, affordable services without high pressure sales tactics, and convenient appointment setting - then GLAM LASH is the place for you! And if you're thinking of getting lashes for the first time, do NOT be fooled by the hype of that chain salon. They're there to rush as many people through as they can every day to make big profits. Glam Lash is a business, yes, but one with high integrity and personalized service. read more

I am giving 2 stars because my lashes turned out great! But the customer service was terrible. 30 minutes after I left the salon I was being called to have an INCREASE in charge on my card because they mixed up their own pricing. AND I was NOT told that my lashes would be $85 for a 1 WEEK fill BEFORE they put the lashes on my eyes. They never let me explain to them that I would pay the difference but next time you do somebody's lashes to let them know BEFORE hand that the $65 hybrid fill they advertised on their website ONLY applies to returning customers, and yes I did in fact let my lash tech know beforehand that I had got my lashes done elsewhere and still I was not told about an up charge. Long story short, for the price, I promise you that you can find a better and more professional salon. That's my opinion though. read more

The lady who did my lashes was super sweet. So nothing bad about her whatsoever. She actually made them a little fuller than I wanted them but I'm just picky, so that's not on her. When I called they told me the fill would be an hour so I agreed to let them fit me in and come right away. 2 hours later I badly needed to leave. When I went out to pay the lady wanted me to put a credit card on file. I did not have a future appointment. I'm paying you on the spot, why are you wanting to save my card? I told her no I would do it should I schedule an appointment in the future. I understand the no show policy and am happy to pay the fee should I be in that situation. I did not schedule an appointment though. She got angry with me and said that's how they do things. Cool, I just won't come back then. She still argued she needed a credit card on file.
