You're extremely late and then you don't service me but put me off to someone else? I'll never come back here. Poor business ethics. After my initial post, I Contacted the person who booked my appointment and he apologized. He offered a discount on next services. He was very apologetic and I appreciate that. I hope my experience improves how future clients are handled since they have such great reputation.
