I was in absolute agony while everyone else just looked pretty. When I asked the salon to compensate me for the pain and suffering their unsanitary conditions caused, they flat out refused. If you choose to go here, please be extremely careful. Double-check that their equipment is clean and demand to see proper licensing. I came in and got a full set that was $95. I requested leopard print nails and they came out ugly and chunky. I came back the following day to get them fixed and just asked him to place French white tip instead of the full leopard print now because it did not look good, and I asked for the shape of my nails to be fixed because they were also inconsistent. They had the same man who did my nails last night " fix quote my nails he rushed and took no time leaving the new friendship, see-through and uneven. When he was finished, he told me I owed him $15 I walked to the counter and I said I was told I owed $15 from getting my nails fixed from last night. The cashier told me that I owed $10 because it was a color change, I pointed out the inconsistencies in the work I received for the second time in the cashier, spoke in his language and proceeded to ignore me. I wanted to like this place--it was recommended, close to airport (I fly into atl often) and looked nice inside/modern seats and updated decor. But man, this place was DIRTY. They didn't have their tools in a sanitation holder. Mold along lip of sink, dust on alcohol spray bottles, "clean/fresh" towels with ...I dunno. I'm telling myself it's wax on them? To top it off, my manicure wasn't great. She filed them down so short (I had whites on my nails when I walked in!) and then after doing the manicure "filed" under the nail and took it off near the edge--on a gel manicure and scratched me pressing the file int. I should have walked out when I saw how the tools were cleaned by just spraying them with a dirty alcohol bottle but I wanted to give them a chance. I asked my nail tech who was going out the country for a few months for a recommendation and he referred me here! He said it was owned by his brother and his sister and other brother worked there. So off I went and this place did not disappoint! They have about 12 or so nail tables and about 20 pedicure chairs so there was rarely a wait. Kevin, Kaden and Nancy are each amazing at nails! Not once was I disappointed in my service or finished product! They offer complimentary drinks which includes wine and the music is always on a nice playlist. We went here the morning of our first full day in ATL for a his and hers pedicures (added a manicure for him). It's located near the airport in a small shopping strip. Parking is limited and could be an issue during busy hours. We didn't have an issue. We were greeted as soon as we entered and seated immediately. All the staff were friendly and service was great. Upon checking in there was a 20% off deal however they did not honor it stating that it was old. For that reason they did not receive a five star rating. read more

So this is my normal nail spa as they are nice, quick. Clean and typically I like my nails however this time I chose my color on the palette and it didn't match up I expressed that I didn't like it that the color was not matching or looking like the actual picture I showed her and she could have cared less although she didn't have another customer she acted as if it were no big deal and really was just trying to get me done. My pedicure was awesome. Needless to say if I come back I will always rest my color first and hopefully switch to a person who cares what there customer thinks and us paying for. I initially wanted to leave a 3 star because I love Judy and she does such a great job on my feet. I even go when I know my gel polish is fresh. I do my finger nails myself typically because I feel as though I take my time and my products lasts much longer. After returning to this shop and letting the manager do my fill, I see why I strayed away! I asked for a thin coat and I wanted an acrylic fill and fell polish. The gel was so thick it bang chipping on day 2, and my shape was so bad and OVERFILED, that I have to cut of my REAL nails and start over because they are cracked on the edges! I am disappointed! I typically don't describe what I want, and I just show I picture of my healthy, well shaped natural nails. He says ok, and then proceeds to shapes the nail coffin. I was in the wrong because I wa talking to another customer, and I said wait, this is too much. He said I did coffin. I NEVER say coffin, I said no I showed you the picture! I was so kissed I could've cried! I know most people want the long and unnatural nail shape, but that's not me. I get my nails done for health, so they don't split on my curly hair. I posted some before and after. I also broke my index finger nail, and that was the MAIN REASON in why I had them do my nails, because I don't do acrylic with the tip. read more

The fill-in and shaping was good even though it wasn't exactly as I asked, as I asked him to clean my shape that I already had. He chose to do what he wanted to do. And when I asked for a simple design, thin French with glitter, they argued me about the shape vs the picture, when in actuality they were just not listening. They had three people trying to explain to ME what I WANTED! I CONTINUED TO SAY I WOULD LIKE IT JUST LIKE THE PICTURE. On the picture the more glittery nails were on the pinky and ring finger. 5 stars for my pedicure. 1 star for my SNS manicure. My feet feel smooth and I was happy to be able to get right in with no wait.. but I have long natural nails and I like them to be oval/slightly almond shape. I called and they said $40 for SNS manicure, $25 for pedicure so I came in. As the lady was using the drill on my nails, she repeatedly nicked my nails. I kept having to tell her "it's making my nail beds hot!" Because of how much of the drill she was using. She hit me with the drill so hard that she even broke the skin and made my finger bleed! I should have left at that point. After that she said it was the weather (it was rainy) that was causing weird bubbles on the SNS polish, I've never ever heard of that in the ~5 years of getting SNS every 3 weeks. She has to keep redoing them, buffing them, redoing them. At the end there was top coat everywhere, but I didn't even complain. I just wanted to get out of there. At the end of service, she told me it would be an extra $5 because of the length of my nails. This has to be the worst SNS I have ever had. read more

I booked for their last appointment at 6:30 pm for a pedicure. I arrived on time, my wait was about 20-30 minutes. Excellent vibes, interesting shows on TV and complimentary bottled water. My pedicure was amazing and I left feeling fresh, rejuvenated and SOFT! My feet were so soft and beautiful, I wish I would've taken a picture for my review! I saved the best part for last... my all white gel polish pedicure was $44! I felt like this was such a deal compared to nail prices in MN. I needed my nails done, so I looked up salons in the area. This one was new on my radar, and the reviews were decent, so I gave it a try. The customer service was fine; I was greeted and started on almost immediately. I got SnS on my nails and I got a pedicure and gel on my feet. The pedicure was completed in a decent amount of time and with a decent amount of care. The SnS, however, was rushed. The excess powder that is supposed to be brushed off after your finger has been dipped was brushed into my color instead, so my color wasn't solidly pink and you could see the white powder mixed in. The worst part of it all was that after 2 days my nails started peeling (the clear top coat) then they started chipping, which led to 3 of my nails breaking. Sigh. Okay, so my pedicure was amazing. They could've used a little more salt scrub on my feet, but that wasn't the worst part of my visit. I have another person do SNS (dip) on my nails, and it was awful. He never asked if I wanted them cut or how I wanted them shaped. I only left $10 because of this as a tip. As he charges my card and sees how much I tipped he questioned why I tipped him so little? I drove pass this shop situated in a strip mall in what was seemingly a sketchy part of town. I pulled into the pot hole filled parking lot, parked my rental car and went inside. It didn't take long for me to notice the dusty old furniture and cluttered space. I took a chance and let them do my nails, and ....................... the older lady did a real ugly job. I wish I could've gave this a negative zero this was by far the most disgusting nail place I have ever been. The women who did my toes was extremely aggressive with my feet to the point she put me in pain and instead of her spraying the utensils with alcohol she cleaned it off with the water I had my feet in. Then the guy tom who was doing my nails kept coughing and there was a woman who worked there scratching her skin watching the flakes fall on the chair so much so her skin started bleeding. My bill for gel and my toes was $85. I will never be back and I will be calling the department of health that was absolutely disgusting. read more

Ok pedicure, they offer different options which is nice. They have a nice smelling scrub they use but the other features of the pedi were lacking. The "hot towel" was warm at best and was jus kinda laid over your legs.. so the top was warm under cold. Then the nail application was awful, Will need to touch up or repaint at home. So this was my first time going after seeing all the good reviews. The salon is very clean and I was serviced pretty fast (mind you it's a Tuesday so it wasnt too busy) . Overall my full set and pedicure experience was nice . I just have a slight issue with small bubbles on my nails after polishing and another client had to come back because she had bubbles in her nails after polishing BUT as long as you catch it in decent time they really don't have an issue re polishing (but they do need to make sure they polish correctly) . Overall this salon does good work in a clean place with decent pricing. read more

I'll just say that this place makes me never want to have a male nail tech again. I asked for blue and gold nails with design based on several photos shown and there was no creativity with what was done. The finished product was a redo from what was initially done and I still don't like the way they look. So I'll be going somewhere else to have my nails repainted. The tech who did my pedicure was incapable of nail design as well and proceeded to draw several diagonal lines on my toes and called it design. I IMPLORE you go elsewhere. Please save your money or go somewhere where they give a damn about your business. My boyfriend and I walked in. We said we are BOTH getting a pedicure and color. He was also supposed to get a manicure and color. I was getting a full set acrylic nails and an eyebrow wax. The pedicures were so ineffective. The people who did our pedicures barely did that, practically just tickling our feet, and my boyfriend didn't even get a color, they just painted the clear polish on him and were done, despite me being vocal about him needing a manicure. After the hideous excuse of a pedicure, they acted like my boyfriend didn't exist. Same for my toes, except they almost look like a teenage girl painted them; didn't file or shape my toenails, just paint and vibes. The only thing that looks good are my nails, but the tech cut my fingers about 3-4 times while at it. I got my eyebrows "waxed" and it looks like nothing changed at all. They look horrible. They look like second cousins, not sisters. To top it off, the lady who did my eyebrows left a wax strip on my shirt and now there's just a wax line on my shirt. Definitely not returning. read more

I brought it up to both techs working on me 3 separate times and it still wasn't corrected. Wasn't able to relax because I had to twist in my seat for the tech working on my hands. Charged me for acrylic removal instead of filling and shaping as asked. Asked for almond or as close to that shape as possible being that I get acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I just moved here from NY and finding a good nail spot has been a struggle. I found this place based on the reviews, they were good and it's close to the airport, where I work. So I figured I'd give it a try. They do nails well compared to what I'm used to. I'm a simple person I like them cut, clean and very neat. They have a few great nail technicians. Now I'm giving it 3 stars only because when it comes to doing feet they aren't great at alllll. I like a regular pedicure, cuticle cleaning, cutting, shaping and color. All they do is fill the basin with water, no soap, no bubbles no salt no nothing bad then wanna charge $24. I could have washed my foot better at home. I definitely will be finding a new place for my feet because it's a waste of money. I pay for a service and not even getting it. They don't even massage lotion on your foot. Smh times like this I miss NY, because they do you right and for $15-20. They half ass here and that's a-shame. Had I not said anything about soap the lady wouldn't have done a thing. She put a small amount on my toes and that was it. As if that alone could cover my whole feet. Very disappointment!! read more

HOWEVER, my experience today was different. I'm not sure if they are under new management but prices have went up and the lady who did my feet did terrible. All around terrible. The customer service ( she didnt even say hello to me), my seat was broken, my polish looks like a 3 year old did it, and I clearly wasn't satisfied and she didnt care one bit. I paid 39$ for her to literally take my old polish off, put oil on my legs, and repolish them. I let the "manager" know that i didnt like my toes. I put manager in quotes because i really think he was lying to me about being the manager but whatever. He told me that for a polish change he was gonna have to charge me $10 more?! I was like huh? I havent even left the chair yet! The lady that did my nails, me, and the "manager" could see that my toes were ugly! I literally almost cried. But im just gonna charge it to the game. I have had my SnS and pedicure done here 3times and the great service and quality is consistent. Jade does a great job on my SnS. I've seen some of her work on other people's nails and it always looks good. They all really do a great job. The place is always clean! I definitely have found my go to spot and nail tech! read more

I give them a 2 star because the customer service was great but it took them 3 hours to do my nails and toes and paint my niece which is only 2 nails and toes. The paint job wasn't the best told them to correct it but I realized they didn't really know what they were doing it a week and a half later and my nails are just popping of as if I had press on.
