I was reassured to tried a different color and I was hesitant to say the least but with so many suggestions and worrying if I was going to be injured by rough tugging on my fingers and feet I was a little razed by the slight pressure during my service. Now I'm trying to transfer money to my account and the guy keeps saying is machine doesn't work... just not the best vibe so I stepped outside and the guy followed me which I can understand but I did say I was waiting in my man to send me my money since I basically quit working to sit under his ass and help his dreams... so now I don't know if I should come back here.... Just wanted to share the experience... I would say the nails turn out alright. I guess.... I don't know if I can pleasantly just feel ok with how things turn out today.

They did their job but when I first visited a Sweet Peach studio in Atlanta, I knew I had been missing out on an even better experience. I have visited this Virginia Highlands location once before, but actually thought that I was booking at their Vinings location. Oops! Halfway through my drive I realized that I was going to a totally different place, lol. (The team was so nice, they assured me that if I was at the wrong location, they would have worked it out for me) Parking in this neighborhood can feel a little risky as there are 'no parking' signs all over, it's hard to know what to believe. I called ahead just to confirm if I could park on the street without issue during my afternoon visit and was reassured. Spoiler alert: My car was safe in its original spot with no ticket in sight. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Peach rugs, walls in peachy tones, adorable peachy butts, etc etc. Once you walk into a Sweet Peach, you'll never forget how they look lol. Another fun trait of each Sweet Peach? Sex and The City plays on each tv. LOVE. Definitely easy to get through a waxing/sugaring appointment as you see Carrie embarrassing herself once again for Big's attention. The team at this location (and honestly, every locaton) is SO nice. They were patient, incredibly helpful and just sweethearts. Tammy was my wax tech on my last visit and she did an amazing job. Quick, efficient and we had a nice little chat. They really hire some great employees here - from the front desk to the waxers. Truly my favorite waxing studio!

I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past

I asked what the purpose of appointments were and she said "call corporate and ask them." Don't ever book here if you're on a schedule (which most people are in an airport). Horrible customer service and it looks like from the reviews this isn't the first time this has happened with her. Good luck letting her ruin your business.
