This shop can talk you through meaningful decisions based on your needs then be understanding when you bring it back in trashed because of how you ride. Things cost money. Hobbies cost money. Service costs money. I can do some YouTube fixes but still need help on occasion. Come here if you want to get gouged…read more My bike has been outdoors over the winter, so i took it on for a tune up to get it rideable for spring, a service that three years ago at their Effingham location cost me 15 bucks. Bear in mind, this is a 100 dollar bike, just for getting around town. I was quoted 75 DOLLARS for a simple tune up AND ANOTHER 30 for a new chain. I feel completely f@#$ed over, and i will never darken their door to be offended by their overpricing again. In fact, with prices like these, I hope with everything in me that both of their locations go out of business.
