She did not let my eyes dry before telling me multiple times to open my eyes even after I told her they burned (which they shouldn't). After looking at my lashes briefly, I paid at the counter and the lash tech made her own tip when she took my card, which was not deserved. When I left the salon I did not even have a lash brush to fix the mess of lashes, and immediately 2-3 lashes fell out and an entire gluey clump came out 15 minutes later. My lashes are not full and do not even appear to be freshly filled. Will definitely never be back here.

Master Cuts is always convenient for me and they do a good job. I prefer to walk in rather than…read moremake an appointment. I'm always welcomed at Master Cuts and they always fit me in. I don't ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It's a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don't they want the extra income??
