Every 5 years I upgrade my laptop. I am self-employed and a marketing professional so I live on my…read morelaptop - I can't work without it. Therefore, this process is usually super stressful even when everything goes right. I usually have help in choosing a new computer but this time I did it myself and managed to buy a slower computer than the one I had. David who had come to do the onsite migration alerted me to this and so began the return process with Lenovo and he helped me find and order another more current laptop within my price range same day.
