I see a lot of people parking their cars at the filling station and leaving it there idle. They're not even pumping gas. It was awkward dodging pedestrians and vehicles alike as some seemed oblivious that other people existed. And not all the pumps worked. I only found out that I'd selected a broken one once I parked and glanced at the screen. Most stations usually put some sleeve over the nozzle to signal it's out of order. Once I got gas, I decided I'd check out the mart for some tea. They had at least 12 types of pre-made coffee and hot chocolate, but not hot water for the tea. Although, there was a bunch of tea bags available. When I tried to ask the cashier about where I could get hot water, he had such a blank look on his I knew it would be pointless. I left, having to weave amongst the cluttered interior. Perhaps if this place wasn't so busy and the lack of customer service wasn't already drained by large lines inside, I might have had a better experience.
