I wash my car more times at this location and everything was fine except last two times. After raining I take my F150 to wash there and I was disappointed because it was almost the same after washing like it was before entering in car wash. Today go back and the same result. Also when try to use the vacuum hose come out or maybe not was in vacuum from the beginning. Tell the gas station staff and answer was he will tell the owner. If I can give zero MARIA the sales clerk would definitely have earned a zero. Walked in to get gas. I took out my wallet and right away she says she doesn't have change. Ok? You're a gas station and you don't have change?? She said she closed out her shift and doesn't have access to change, ok at 7am?? I asked when the next shift is coming in, MARIA said 8am. Hmm? Ok well if you closed out your shift then how are you able to cash out your customers that pay cash?? MARIA just being lazy whoever the owner of this gas station is get rid of MARIA. This station as easy and out access. The prices are around the same as the other gas stations. This station has propane too. The convenience store is not always the best place to get coffee in the morning. I've been only using this station for gas lately. read more

If you need a simple wash to get you by, this brushless/touchless car wash is a good one! YOU drive/guide the car though; nothing touches your wheels. Just refer to the large LED sign on the Left side as when to move your car forward or backwards. For $6 bucks, THIS is not a pristine Spotless dry wash. If you want no spots, exit the wash, go park, get out and wipe them off or get a real hand wash done somewhere. WASH: 2-4 Minutes There is a blue robotic type arm that goes around your car dispersing water, soap, and "wax." I did not see anything that would touch your car. Once the cleaning process is done, the LED sign will instruct you to move up to the stationary powerful dryers at the end of the tunnel/exit. DRY: 1 Minute Dry Time The dryer at the end of the tunnel is stationary -- is DOES NOT move over your car. YOU slowly drive your car passed the powerful blowers during your 1 Minute of drying time. Outside the exit opening, a large LED Timer is located on the passenger side with the countdown of time. VACUUM outside is not free. $1.00 and their vacuums have seen better days. read more

I've been coming here for the past year and have been using "The Works" wash. I've noticed the cleaning solutions they use have gone down in quality the past few months. For example, the presoak and extreme shine wax process is more like a water rinse. Seems like the solutions they use is too diluted/watered down. As for the spot free rinse, the water they use isn't spot free. All the water that's still on the car after the drying process leaves water spots. I hope they would address these issues. read more

This is a really good drive through car wash. They give you a discount on your gas if you purchase together. Well worth it. The self service vacuum area is very well maintained. The car wash provides "dash wipes" which is nice. Get a discount card for a free wash after 10 washes. Nice attendants at the car wash. read more

Im walking up to the door and the door is locked I completely understand change shifts. The young man opens the door and I asked " do you sell face masks." He just gave me a smug looked and shook his head with disgust in his face. I only replied with "okay then ill buy a drink." After i walk to the counter again and he replies " can you afford that, we don't accept EBT?" I didnt want to argue and i just paid and left. Stopped off at this Shell station this morning to get a cup of coffee. I thought I'd try this one since it is closer to my work. Walked in and it was pretty disheveled the gentleman behind the counter was making coffee. I went to make a cup of coffee and after taking a cup and filling it up I asked him for a lid and he looked at me and said he didn't have any. When I asked if he had any in the back he said no he didn't. I then said well I can't take this cup if I don't have a lid on it and he told me that wasn't his problem I poured it and should pay for it. I explained that I was not taking a full cup of HOT coffee without a lid in my car and driving. He once again stated it wasn't his problem. I'm sorry but please explain to me why if you have no lids would you continue to make pots of coffee? And then not have something letting your customers know you have no lids!!! read more

The Shell gas station here in Miami, Fl. On flagler st. And of of 87th ave. Has the worst car wash. Took my car through the wash and it damaged my paint and outside mirror. Please do not ever go there. I paid $9.00 for a now $600 job to fix the damage. read more

Shell has mailed out coupons for 5 dollar car wash. All you have to do is pump 10 gallons of gas then present the receipt with the coupon and you can do the 10 dollar wash for 5 dollars. This is amazing they provide was, spot free rinse and a air dryer. read more

Gas pumps sometimes won't work but employees are hard to find for help. Car wash says it takes credit yet no way to enter a credit card. Employees lock doors for break and walk away for up to 30 minutes at a time. Don't come here unless you absolutely have to. read more

Took my car here as I usually do and the machine came down too hard on the back of my car breaking a trim piece off the back. I didn't notice it was broken until I got home which is a 2 minute drive. I go back and tell the guys at the front, their reply was the machine isn't powerful enough to break that. We walked to the washing area to find the trim piece to my car on the ground that had been run over by another car. This is a chrome piece that goes on the truck lid. I called the dealer and they want 400 dollars just for the part. I've heard horror stories about using these car washes, now a 10 dollar car wash is going to cost me 410.00 dollars total. The worst part is it didn't even clean my car very well, it's got dirt running down the entire back half of the car still. read more

This gas station is the worst. Its partly my fault for taking the shortcut and getting a quick car wash than spending a little more to get a 100% hand car wash. I decided to get the works as my car was pretty filthy. I have a toyota corolla and my antenna stands up and can't be removed. I was in the last phase of the car wash, in the dryer. Suddenly I hear a loud snap and a tap on the back window. The dryer caused my antenna to snap in half, and it was dragging on the back of my car. I addressed the issue right away as soon as I got out of the car wash but the owner, Sergio wasn't available. I left my number for him to call me back but he never did. They never even gave me back the money for my car wash - granted it wasn't that much but its the principle. I took my car right away to the Toyota Dealership in Orange who gave me an estimate of about $900. An $8 dollar car wash ends up being worth $900! I called my insurance right away and took pictures of the damage to send it. The insurance estimated about the same in costs to repair the damage. My radio was working just fine but the glass at the back would eventually scratch from the dangling antenna. I went through the insurance to fight this. Bottom line was I had to fix my car. I will never ever go to this car wash again. For that matter I will never go to any gas station car wash. I will only go to a manual hand car wash. Its not worth it. read more

Twice I have been to this station to redeem my Ralph's reward points for 20 cents off per gallon. Both times that station did not take the rewards values, the last time was the final day my points were valid so I lost them and it cost me MONEY! I ignored the first time, figuring it was just bad luck and I would not go there again. Well, as luck would have it I was near the station at a later date and on the "Big E" so I decided to swing in. After all, things like that don't happen twice, right??? Well my friend, they do. This time I went to the attendant "Shiva" who basically said that it was tough and nothing could be done.
