I'm not quite sure what's going on with the machine that accepts the bills but I had to wash my car halfway, then I ran out of time so I went to put another $5 bill in and it rejected my bill not once, not twice, not 3 times but 4 TIMES. By then I have half of a car filled with suds drying on the car. It's not busy at all at noon on a Tuesday, but the system crashed as soon as I redeemed my car wash. After I spun the little slots game, it said I won the $15 ultimate car wash. Then, the screen turned blue and then black. Thankfully, I was able to pull through. I would have waited longer, although I wanted to make sure my car was going to get washed. My car was in dire need of a wash and I needed to get something done to wash away the 2-3 week old road grime and dirt. Like another yelper mentioned, it was a little confusing trying to figure out where the touch-free car wash bay was. It's on the far left side. The right side are the self-wash bays. Thankfully there was no line when I got in and their night special had just started. $13 instead of $15 (I think). Pros: I love that it's truly touch-free AND there's no rail you need to drive onto. When I had a lowered car with nice wheels, I couldn't and didn't want to go through those car washes. This is simply driving into the designated area until it tells you to stop. Cons: Let's face it. There's nothing really agitating the dirt and grime and the detergent/foaming stuff isn't really given a chance to do anything to the filth on the car. It literally gets sprayed onto the car and almost immediately gets rinsed off shortly after. To be honest, I don't think it even uses enough detergent. End result? Lots of flecks of dead bug guts, bird poop, and certain panels still dirty with dust and road grime. For $13 I wasn't expecting much and I'm actually content despite its lackluster job at cleaning the car because it was better than letting my paint rot away with weeks old road grime. All in all, don't expect it to give you a quality car wash. The trade-off is that it is completely touch-free and doesn't matter if your car is modded/lowered. For $13, why not? read more

This lot is tiny with extremely long, slow lines. I was confused from the minute I arrived, I couldn't see the drivethru wash, only the self-wash. Then i finally saw it but was blocked by an SUV that was in line for the self wash. On my left, there was a long line of what I thought were empty parked cars on the curbside also blocking me from getting into one of the two drive-thru lanes. So I sat there waiting for the SUV to move when finally I saw the parked cars moving and realized it was a drive-thru line. Anyway, one car appeared to let me in so I gave thank you waves and scooched in there to get into the second drive-thru lane, as every place I've been have two lines for two lanes. A worker came over and kicked me out to go to the back. By then the single line had grown even longer. So I went down two blocks down to Lincoln car wash that a constant stream of cars but no lines (maybe it was the two lanes lol), had vacuums, and an attendant that soaped & cleaned the windshield before entering the wash. I finished and drove back past OC Carwash and the car that arrived in the back before I got kicked out was STILL waiting!!! Anyway, if that's their process/rules to have one lane, then fair enough - I ADDED a star for the attendant enforcing lines lol. But please arrange the lines better, put up some signs and/or have the attendant direct people at arrival before they've been waiting in the wrong spot. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. The price was higher than most places in the area, so I expected a thorough and quality clean. Unfortunately, my car still had visible dirt and grime on multiple areas after the wash, especially around the lower panels and rear bumper. It honestly looked like it barely made a difference. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. I called the number provided to request a refund or at least speak with someone about the issue, and no one ever got back to me. For the amount charged, I expected much better service and accountability. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. When you pay premium prices, you should receive premium results and customer support, and that simply didn't happen here. read more

Although this is a touch less carwash I did expect better . For $15 (best wash) I expected much more. My car wasn't too dirty, just a little from the rain the night before. I just wanted to get my car back to the clean state it was before the rain. Anyway, it did not do a great job of removing the very thin layer of dirt that had accumulated, mainly near the wheel wells and lower portions of the doors. On top of that it left water spots ( blue ones too from the chemicals) all over. I've been to other touch less washes and have paid half the price for a better wash. This was an affordable car wash to go to for a light wash especially during happy hours but several times now during the evening happy hour lines are ridiculous and people are cutting others. Not worth my time and energy anymore to come here. Again if your car is super dirty, don't come here, it's a low quality wash so it's good as a light wash. If you choose to go during happy hour where it's discounted I recommend the morning, less jerks cutting people in line. Also they raised their prices too. I love this car wash because it's touchless! For people complaining it's touchless, it's better for your paint than those brushes scratching it! I wish they would open the second side all the time though. Each car wash it roughly about 6-7 min (i timed it lol) so I waited almost half an hour just to get a quick wash. Customer service here is awesome. One of the stalls malfunctioned on us not once but 3 times. We called the number on the door and got a call back within 10 minutes. They took our information and said they would send us a check and gave us a coupon. Then out of nowhere the owner appeared and gave us our refund in cash. How cool is that? We come here a lot. Our cars are black and get dirty fast. A lot of our neighbors and car buddies also come here because we see them here. It is a do it yourself set up. You pay $5.00 for 10 minutes. Then you pull forward to detail it With Coronaville I do see them maintaining this place. I see employees cleaning and sweeping and keeping it nice. They are all decked out in their gear...aka masks and gloves. However, I have always seen them cleaning during peak hours. Most of the customers also take precautions. Its touchless so it wont mess up your wax. Dont recommend wax or polish option because its not real wax or polish. It washes right off instead of drying onto body and then wiping off like a real detail. U will have to dry off after but park way from wash or your car will get water blown onto it read more

Who would think touchless carwashes are so hard to find? Apparently there are not many around where I live in Long Beach so I typically travel to the Buena Park area where there are several in the area. I found O.C. Car wash after the other touchless wash I normally go to was repeatedly out of order. Pros: 1. They have multiple stations so multiple cars can be washing simultaneously. 2. They have designated vacuuming and drying areas. 3. They offer discounts if you purchase multiple washes at the same time. 4. Overall affordability. Cons: 1. They don't offer a monthly unlimited plan like the previous place I went to. 2. Since it's touchless, it definitely won't completely clean everything so you may still have to wipe stubborn spots with a cloth afterwards. Overall, definitely seems to be a more spacious and reliable wash than my previous spot. I believe they also have self washing stations if I'm not mistaken. I'll definitely keep going. read more

Finally found a touchless car wash that is somewhat close to me! Originally drove to the one down the street but it was out of service. Remembered that I bookmarked this location and headed here. The machine moves pretty slow which means the line is pretty slow but luckily - there were only 3 people ahead of me. It's efficient and left my car sparkling clean. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my car and I approve! It's a tight squeeze and because this car wash has self wash stalls as well, it can get pretty cramped. They do have 2 Laser Washes but one was being cleaned so maybe with 2 open the lines move faster? Anyway, I usually have someone come to the house and wash the car every other week and I do the in between myself. Came here on a Tuesday at 6:00 am. I used the touch less wash. There was little to no wait and they had two touchless car wash machines. Loved that I was able to pay with Apple Pay. They had places to park for vacuuming and drying your car. This is by far the best touchless car wash experience that I've had. My car came out clean and I did have to finish drying my car with some microfiber towels. No big deal, as no touchless car wash completely dries your car. The area was clean and felt safe. First time here, used the touch-less wash and it was a cool experience. My car was pretty dirty and it did a surprisingly good job. Be mindful the pressure washers are really strong so if you have loose trim pieces they might go flying off lol. The driers missed the rear of my car. Be sure to bring a spare drying towel as-well as a quick detailer for the wheels. That could be improved somehow. It was hot today and a shade over the vacuuming would be nice. Easily the best self car wash I have ever been to, and the only place I wash my vehicles. Actual soap is used through the sprayer compared to everyone else's pathetic watery soaps in the area. The blow dryers work extremely well. Good lighting at all times. Spot free rinse actually works compared to others who I doubt are even softening / treating the water. No issue with credit card readers. The auto washes are your best option if you care about your paint and don't want brushes adding swirl marks, but you have to keep your car clean and go regularly for the auto wash to be most effective. Stopped by here after work to clean my car using one of the bays. It's pretty clean, I didn't see any homeless people here and all of the functions worked. I did a quick clean and it's more than a week later and it's still shiny. I used my debit card to pay for the wash and added more time pretty easily. Very satisfied!! I'm very particular about self service car wash. I usually go to Oasis Car Wash in Garden Grove, but due to the COVID-19 they are closed. I checked out OC CarWash for the first time today and boy was I surprised!! Their washing tools were in great shape and had way more functions than other places. They even have a separate brush just for tires and wheels so that the normal brush doesn't get messed up. They also have RainX and Armorall coating options. Clean and organized, feels pretty safe at night for the slight discount they offer. Haven't run into any issues so far! I've used both the automatic touch less wash and also the washing bays. In my personal opinion the water pressure is pretty good on the automatic machine, but if you've got more "caked" on debris or dust on your car might want to use the wash bays and wand. They offer more flexibility on where you want to focus the pressure. Side note, being towels to dry your car for the automatic car wash because there's still water left behind, but I've never been to any automatic car wash that gets rid of 100% of the water. But plus though that the auto car wash is touchless! read more

I actually really like this place. My boyfriend and I both use this place since they don't use brushes for their cars. It's all high pressure water, soap and air. I usually get the ultimate wash and then dry any remaining water in the designated drying area. The computer that took my payment once shut down in the middle of making my receipt and I was not able to get the code for the rest of the washes I bought. Tried using the touch less car wash and the thing glitched after soaking half my car and stopped functioning. I had to go around again because there was a line and had to pay for another wash to get all the soapy water off. Update: after circling around to wash the scummy soap water off my car the machine decides it will no longer read my card. I figure not a big deal I can just do it by hand even though it's midnight already. After washing the vehicle I discover the hose to the hand dryer has messed up the paint on my driver side A pillar. I always find it difficult to find a good reliable car wash and usually default to an express drive through. This time I have to say I found a good one. Great customer service. Efficient. My car was really clean and the attendants were thorough. Usually I find missed spots, but it was clean through out. I bought the 29.99 special.
