Fairly standard Shell station with a convenience store. Getting in and out can be pretty easy depending on which direction you're going. The pumps were clean and the one I used didn't have any graffiti on it. Shell tends to be a littler pricier for gas, and since there's no competition in the immediate area, it's not going to be the cheapest. The store didn't have any hot food but did have a good selection of cold beverages and coffee. It's clean and well organized. When a tank has already been properly purged of air, the correct procedure is simple: connect the fill hose, start the pump, and then open the tank valve. Instead, this employee opened the valve first--letting oxygen in--and when politely corrected, he shouted, "I'll fill it any d**n way I want, or you can leave." Completely unprofessional. The car wash, monthly program initially sounded attractive due to the convenient location and affordability. Even though the car wash didn't include any vacuum service. I stayed on as a loyal customer for nearly one year. I kept noticing that after bringing in my Mercedes for a wash. Streaks of white soapy residue on all sides of my vehicle, windows and sunroof. Which is completely unacceptable. Secondly, in my experience. I found the car the wash was Closed too often for repairs and blocked off with orange cones. One day, while finding the car wash was closed again. I decided to ask an employee when the car wash was going to reopen? He responded that he had no idea what the deal was. His demeanor was extremely slothful and he acted annoyed that I was speaking to him. This Shell car wash is completely inefficient. You'd be better off, going home, throwing a bucket of water on your car and letting it air dry. And good luck with a 50-50 chance that the car wash is going to actually be open when you need it. This is actually comical that they have named it "Speedy Wash" It is anything but speedy. We sat in line and went through the wash for a total of 25 minutes! TERRIBLE. And they were NOT busy. The car wash is horrible! Even if you buy the most expensive one, all it does is spray cheap soap as a pre-soak, then sealant, then rinses and tells you to leave. There is no foam, no decent soap, no tri-foam as it states on their sign, no brushes or anything to actually clean your car, it's literally the worst car wash. It's useless! When you go in to tell the workers, their response is that no Customer has ever complained about the car wash except for you and that they will not give you a refund and that you need to come back another day and talk to the manager, which obviously will never happen. There are no brushes to wash the car, you just sit there and it sprays your car. Then you move forward to dry. Very poor results.

I'm visiting a friend in town and, having been on the road wanted to clean up my car at the nearby car wash. Chose the higher end wash for only $11 just to be sure it was thorough. Got out on the other end and there's still quite a bit of travel debris, bugs, dirt, spots, etc. went in and asked if they have some sort of a code so that I could go through a second time since my car clearly is not clean. He said, " No, we let customers know that because there are no brushes it doesn't really clean." ...neat... Don't use the vacuum either. Less power than my home vacuum. read more

Hands down the worst car was I have ever experienced. Long line, took a very long time to get through, and did a terrible job washing my car. Got the most expensive package. My wheels were not clean at all, there were an almost unimaginable number of water spots on my car, and the "dryer" dropped a bunch of sudsy water down my windshield. I finally found another 100% TOUCH-FREE car wash!!! The gas station I used to go to replaced their touch-free wash with a "soft touch" which we all know scratches your car paint. I opted for the $9 Delux wash. I walked in, paid, and was handed a car wash punch card (5th wash is FREE). Every wash option on Tuesday's is $2 OFF. And you get a FREE wash on your birthday (you must show a valid, current ID). They offer an unlimited wash program for $25/month. It had been over a month since my car had been washed and it came out satisfactorily clean. Is it spotless, or as detailed as a hand wash? No, but for $9 I can not complain. read more

This touchless carwash used to work pretty good and clean the car well. They have reduced the water pressure very significantly recently, so the power wash cycle will not actually clean the surface properly. After the full wash cycle there will still be a thin layer of dust all over the car and areas that had any major dirt will still have dirt on. This applies to the $11 premium wash. I almost drove back to ask for my money back. This is the second time I paid $11 for a dirty car and I will not return and neither should you. Avoid at all cost. Update; I added some pictures to illustrate. I ended up spending 20 mins with a detailing spray and some microfiber cloths to get the car presentable. Tonight I really lucked out stopping here. It was about 4 am and had been a long drive back home. I needed gas so I stopped at shell. Only problem....my damn card I had on me wouldn't work. I was so low on gas I couldn't make it home to grab cash and was stranded with no one to call at 4 am. This really dope dude working there volunteered to put $10 in my tank to get me home. Busy location as it's so close to the 91, (my go to freeway that leads to all points yonder), so I frequent this station quite a bit despite not being the cheapest pump in town. The gas pumps are always clean, emptied trash containers available and hand sanitizer nearby for a post pump clean up. I also like their higher end car wash. I keep a bike rack on the rear of my SUV on at all times and they never hassle me about driving through with it on, and I've never had an issue with the wash, car comes out tidy and they do have vacuums as well. Convenience store well stocked, we pop in for ice on the way to the beach and a snack or two. Snazzy holiday lights too during the winter months :-) read more

I've been here several times. Most recent time, I paid for the full wash and dry. The dryer did not work. I waited, pulled up slowly, nothing. I dried my car with a towel I had and told the owner. He told me no one else said it didn't work and wanted to walk me over to see that it worked. I told him that I paid the full amount and it didn't work for me. He would do nothing to resolve it. Not only does this location have an amazing touchless carwash they have new pumps also. The inside minimart is well-equipped and fully stocked with plenty of cold Red Bull's and bang energy drinks. Pulled in until it says stop, stopped and the machine knocked the front of my truck and automatically stopped. I was okay wtf, maybe I can go inside and get help.
