This is probably not what you expect to read, when you think of a gas station review, but I'll go ahead and kick it off with one word... CASINO. No, this isn't on native land, and there actually isn't any gambling here... it's just when you drive up, park the car, open your door... you are suddenly welcomed by the sound of, chimes, dings, and sounds that are basically not gas station. Here lies the TV built into a gas station, and believe it or not, they are all chiming all at the same time, just like the sounds of a casino. Yes, it's providing entertainment, for an otherwise boring few minutes, as you gas up before Vancouver, or coming back; but seriously it's an experience. I'm sure they want to sell you something, as well as entertain you from going back into your car, during gassing, which none of us do, right? Thank You. So this is what makes it just a memorable experience for a gas station. I mean it's an ARCO, so you know what you are getting, and the mini-mart is what you think it is... but hey, they have me writing a review about a gas station, so how about that? In terms of prices and such, it's cheaper than the 76 across the street by 20-30 cents per gallon, and probably a few cents more expensive than the Costco/Fred Meyer about 1/4 mile away... but there are no lines, so you are in and out. It's right off the highway, and getting back on is easy-peasy. I haven't met a 5 star gas station, but hey, kudos for being just one click different. read more

This is where I usually go to fill up my gas. Well Costco is nearby and definitely cheaper but I prefer Arco because of the quality. Also its not that crazy over here. So I usually fill up 2 to 3 jerry cans and also the car before heading back to Canada. Service is not bad. I mean its ok. But the rating for the 4 stars is all due to the price. Because its close to the airport. Taxes are lower and this results in lower prices compared to the next exit gas station. read more

Just about a week after writing my previous review, I got a phone call from my credit card company saying that my card had been compromised. I debated writing this update for my own safety and security, but I've decided that it's been long enough, and I want to share my experience. My credit card usage is very predictable, and I am very careful about protecting my password. The only other places I used the card in the month before, and the week after my incident at Arco were at grocery stores, and once at a reputable restaurant. No one has access to my card. There is no doubt in my mind that the Arco employees somehow duplicated and/or memorized my number while I was at their gas station. When it was compromised, there were about $2,000 in charges that weren't mine, most of them close to the border (some in Canada, some in US, all within an hour of each other). I really should have gone to the police with this, to prevent it from happening to someone else, but it was getting close to Christmas and I was very busy with all kinds of preparations. Missed my opportunity. Long story short, BEWARE! DO NOT USE ARCO BELLINGHAM AIRPORT. There are many gas stations just over the highway, the closest reputable one being Fred Meyer (my choice). There is also a Shell about 5 minutes away, and many more stations with names that I don't recognize. read more

I was looking for gluten free options in the area so I grabbed a bag of Funyuns. It rocked. I would give the bag of chips 5 stars if I got it in a restaurant, that's for sure! I mean, I could have got it at any gas station, but I got it at this Arco. Thank you Arco! read more

This is the worst convenience store I have ever been to, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and all there pricing is way worse than there competitor across the street. They are very self riotous and condescending to all there customers and don't deserve to be in business, I will never shop here again. read more

walked over a mile to buy cigarettes and the lady at the counter wouldn't accept my passport as a form of ID. A literal perfectly valid US government issued ID. I will never, ever return to this gas station and will advise all of my family and friends to also shop elsewhere. read more

Everyone goes to the Safeway across the I-5. Save the wait and come here. The gas is always cheap here. Lots of pumps and a better mini mart inside. The guys working there are efficient but could be friendlier. There is only one bathroom here but it is big, locks from behind the counter but can sometimes be a filthy disaster. If you are a Canadian coming back from shopping at Bellis Fair or the Tulalip Outlet mall, fill up here before going to expensive ass gas Canada. read more

This station is a few blocks from home, on my way to work, daycare, the gym... pretty much everywhere I go so I fuel up here once every one to two weeks. It's cheap gas and staff have always been friendly with me. I don't trust the outside pay stations at any gas station so I go inside to pay with either cash or card. Never any issue with this.
