I stopped in here real quick to use their bathroom & was greeted by a friendly guy who's name I think was Robert? I can't believe I've forgotten already!!! lol There were two men working the night I went in who both had the same names. It was the taller one of the two who had greeted me upon arrival. I told him I needed to use the bathroom & he gave me the key on a fabric lanyard...gross!! Their bathroom was much cleaner then the last gas station bathroom I had visited. I decided to buy some lottery tickets while in here. The other Robert (?) was very friendly too. I was the only one in the store but there was a couple of people out getting gas. Of course I had to take a few pictures while I was in here because there were none on their Yelp page. Of course I told them why I was snapping photos so they wouldn't think I was a creep!!! Reluctant to give a star! They are horrible! My sister & I went to get gas and use the bathroom. She went in to pay for gas. I went to use the bathroom. So I checked the bathroom door it was locked. I waited , waited and waited. I went up to the front counter asked the guy with a his black hair part receding, if anybody was in the bathroom. He said yeah someone is in there. I went back waited. My sister walks in & asked for the key to the bathrrrom. The guy said I don't know. He turns to a lady sitting behind the counter. She said, Oh we lost it!! We left & used the bathroom at the hotel where we were going to stay for the week. I'm thinking the must have a camera in that bathroom. only allowing people who are young! Just a thought!! We were paying customers! Why wouldn't a gas station allow customer to use the bathroom unless to hide something. In reading the other reviews. I'm suspicious of the owners, ripping people off.. are they prejudice of who sitting on the toilet or do they watch only certtain people. It' weird!!! NO START FOR THEM!!!! read more

Worst place for anything. I had a scratcher for a free hamburger. Went to pay for all my stuff and gave the coupon for the free burger. Lady " our registers are malfunctioning, can't take the coupon". She took the burger and threw it in the trash. Rather than give it to me. read more

Pump broke and gas sprayed all over. I went in to tell the lady and she says to move to a new pump. So we move to a new pump. I go back to buy some Gatorade and I pull out my card to pay and she's handing me money saying I paid and I only get $5 gas when I gave her $30. I told her I wanted to fill the tank and she starts slamming her hand on the table and cutting me off any time I speak saying no more gas. So I ask her to explain it because I'm not understanding her.. so she starts yelling "please please!!" And slamming her hand on the table again. I just walked out. read more

They tried to rip me off $100 when I was cashing in some winning lottery tickets. These people that run this place are scammers. I cashed in about $300 in winners (purchased another $200 or so) and was handed one ticket back from the lady scanning them telling me it was not a winner. It was and had been scanned by her although I didn't know it until I left. I went to another store and scanned the winning ticket and he stated already redeemed. I called the lottery and they passed the information onto the regional supervisor who personally went to the store the next day and discovered the fraud. The people who run this acted like it was just a mistake. The Lottery supervisor called me and told me to go back and get my $100.00. I did and the guy who owns the place still gave me a hard time and didn't want to give it to me. Unbelievable. They should have their lottery sales revoked. I stopped at this gas station early this morning to use their air machine for my car's tires. Simple enough, right? Judging by the other poor reviews I see here this business is still failing big time in customer relations. The place was empty, except for the one female employee. I told her I needed to use their air machine and I needed $3 in quarters for it, as I needed it twice at $1.50 each time. Her snide response in broken English was, "WE NO HAVE QUARTERS!! USE DEBIT CARD CREDIT CARD!!" Not wanting to engage in an argument with this rude schmuck I said nothing and left. By the way, I went elsewhere and they were more than happy to give me change. If I had asked why or asked for a Manager, I'm sure they would've given some flimsy excuse like the fictional "coin shortage", a sham anyway perpetrated by advocates for a cashless society. And what about their other customers who pay for their fuel, snacks, etc. with cash? How will they make change if they have no quarters? It's bad enough I have to pay for air to begin with, but now I'm supposed to charge it on my credit card?! At around 18% interest?! Because this snotty employee was likely too lazy to begin with to count out 12 quarters which she probably had in her drawer all along?? I'd been to this station previously and they've always had an attitude. If they hate it that much, why not sell it and find another line of work? It's their JOB to satisfy their customer's wishes. Omg STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! Omg!!!!! I went in to pay for my gas, and the stupid idiot made us all wait15 minutes in line while he took a phone call!!! Unfrickin believable!!!! He was like afraid to do his job while on the phone!!!! He looked like a survivor of the seventy's!!! He could not help 1 person while on the phone. Bullhead beware of the am/pm located off Hancock and Hwy 95. They had a tag stating cucumber lime Rockstar on sale for 2 for 3.98...I got to the register and they try to charge me 598 for 2. I pointed out that it was posted on sale on the shelf. He rips the tag off and says that's the old price. you pay new price now. I told him since it was posted that price is only be right if he honored it. He got angry and started yelling at me in some other language and took all my items that I was buying off the counter and said leave now. There was also a lady behind the counter as she was screaming at me too. What's wrong with these people? I went across the street to fast trip where I should have gone in the first place and they gave me excellent service. Never again will I give any of my business to them. read more

We went to fill up at the Arco station. When we went to pay at the ARCO pay stations all of them had been signed saying go inside to pay. These signs had apparently been up for some time so this apparently was not a one day defect. When we went inside to pay the line was so long with customers buying snacks and only one clerk on duty that we just left. ARCO is one of the few gas stations that require you to use a debit card at one of their pay station islands before you can pump gas. If this station cant see fit to allow customers to use thE same identical pay island as every other ARCO station inthe country then they deserve to lose business and should either lose their franchise or if a company store the manager should be fired. Losing business is not a good business model. read more
