My friend & I were on the way to Smith's and had to use the bathroom so we stopped in here. Boy was it busy when we did. Seems like a popular stop. Unfortunately one of their two bathrooms was out of order and the only one open was busy. A lady came out & I went in. The bathroom was kinda gross & dirty but then again how many gas stations bathrooms are nice & clean?? It did its purpose for me. Of course I had to snap some photos!! LOL I did hit the counter to buy some lottery tickets then hit their lottery machine for some scratch tickets. This store has lots of stuff inside to buy and a great selection. Older female cashier was very nice, didn't catch her name though. It was funny cause on our way back from Smith's we drove by here again & it wasn't busy. I had driven to Sam's to fill up so the car was ready to come back back home after a day of exploring in Arizona. They changed something at the pumps at Sam's and I was unable to get it to read my membership card nor accept my credit card. I drove a mile south on 95 and saw Fastrip. The price was one cent less than Sam's even paying with the credit card. I filled up--no line, no trying to figure out how Sam;'s changed things, and I was on my way in 5 minutes. This is where I'll buy me gas when in Laughlin from now on. No more fooling around with the lines and the way Sam's doesn't work! read more

Do not go in this store On 4-30-25 around 740sm am ish I walked in to withdrawal 200 from the ATM. After no money dispense then the clerk told me oh It's not been working right for awhile.. then when Sarah came out of the office. In typical fashion and attribute useless condidending accused me of 1 I did not have any money in my account 3 It didn't happen as I showed her as on the receipt Accused me of lying and attempting to commit fraud. The n told me to return at 9am to talk to who works on the ATM. Fast forward I showed up earlier knowing she be gone by 9 yes I was right she was cashing out her registor then clock out. The manager is a piece of work as she is. The run around persistent. It cool that they are allowed to rip many off but don't you dare them. This place needs shutting down. If I could give negative stars I would This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. first they gave us different pricing then when we started our conversation. Bait and switch I believe it's called. We were never told the deposit was non refundable during the 2 min conversation then when we tried cancel they literally put the phone down on the counter leaving us to listen to them talk BS for 3 minutes then they just hung up the phone and charged my card. On a recent Laughlin trip I decided to rent 2 jet skis I called prior to reserve them, I left a $200 deposit once I arrived I paid in full for both rentals including the other 200 towards the deposit since I was renting 2 . They came with a full tank of gas and 6 life jackets . At the river I noticed one of the skies had a small dent , so at that time I figured there goes my deposit total of $400 when I took them back they charged me a extra $450 when I said what about the $400 for the deposit use that the man working said that the deposits go towards the gas and the life jackets not to mention I filled both jet skis up before I took them back . SMH !!! NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK , WHO KEEPS A DEPOSIT AND CHARGES MORE MONEY !!! WTF! read more

The lady at the register looked at me and said $9.99. That is ridiculous. She didnt offer me a receipt either. I had to request a receipt, I wanted to see proof that ice was $10. RACIST! Black people do not give your business to these people. They are rude and racist to their Black customers. Especially in a time where the Black Lives Matter movement is full force. I walked in to pay and they closed the register right before I walked up and said it broke. She went and helped and white women. After I spoke up then all of a sudden the register magically worked. I also overheard the owner tell a black man "I make 170 an hour you think I'm worried about your keeping your $2" all the while laughing at him. Mind you it is his fault because his gas meter was BROKEN! So of course the guy thought they were cheating him and simply asked for the money he was owed back. They have been in multiple lawsuits for diluting their gas with water. Google it. I recently traveled to Laughlin and we decided to rent a sea doo from fast trip. So we took it to the river and it had a few things wrong with it. First the cover for the storage was broken so the cover was flopping around a safety issue can easily hit your face on it. Second make sure you take a video of the sea doo and pay attention to all the small scratches and dents because at the end of the day they will charge you an arm and a leg. I feel like some of the sea doos have patch work that wash off in the water exposing dents from previous incidents hints that's how they make their money. Third if you have your phone take a video of the guys loading the sea doos. The guy loading rammed one of the other customers sea doo into our dented ours and broke the front plastic off of the other sea doo. As soon as we get to fast trip they point out that there is a small crack on the sea doo and that we have to pay for repairs. We explained to them what happened but they refused to believe us and the other customers. He said we should have taken a video. Who the hell knows that your workers are that careless with your equipment. The crack was about 9 inches and they charge you $80 an inch. The whole time we were on the river we know for sure we didn't hit anyone. The owner claims we got hit at 15mph and if you've been on a sea doo that's gonna be a pretty big accident we know for sure he doesn't ride them. If I can give minus stars I would. And finally Fourth as we were pleading our case to the owner one of the employees were outside talking to my brother and this person said that they do a lot of shady business here and feels like they're about to fight customers everyday. If your own employees knows you're ripping people off I hope you get what's coming to you because karma is a b@$?!. These people don't care about anyone. When we walked in another group of customers were trying to fight them and told us we're about to get ripped off...smdh This will be the last time we rent from there. They need to upgrade their sea doos too they're the only ones that are running sea doos without the rubber bumper around the sea doos help keeps you sea doos from getting dents. Our rental was like $400 for the day plus the crack from their worker another $720 not worth it. We will be buying our own sea doo and not have to deal with people who rip you off. He also owns 3 other shop in the area so be careful and yelp for the best shop because I'm pretty sure all 3 of theirs are running the same scam. I usually don't write reviews but that trip was for my kids and that ruined it for us. I hope people read this review and take it into consideration I don't want you to go through what we did. Please please if you decide to rent read every little detail on the contract take videos, look closely at scratches and dents anything that looks sketchy and also bring a gas bottle so you can fill the up yourselves because we used less than half a tank and we got charged $80 for gas. This place sucks! If I could give no stars I would! My family and I rented 2 jet skis this weekend. $450 for each plus a $200 deposit. While on the river we noticed a small dent to one of the jet skis. We didn't take any video and didn't have any proof that it was already there. We figured, there goes our $200 deposit. ‍ When we turned it in we were charged an additional $850 and was told the $200 was for gas & life jackets.
