I'm let down and once again humiliated in public by a women who hops out her car to tell me that my service animal (yes registered and trained 18 months ) was not allowed in the store. Did she work there? Who, wait what is happening right now. Apparently she's a Manager i've never seen because I come here every night with my dog until obviously. So after accosting me at the door, she said that my dog did not have a special key tag on his neck. Well, she called him her she did not have a key tag on her neck and a leash. Never mind the kind of bright red vest that says service animal on it.. he also needs. She needs a name tag I said ma'am that's not the law in California and I will show you, but she proceeded to interrupt me and said that it is the law she knows the law she studied the law of American disabilities act and it was just a sad day because nobody was disabilities. Should never have to be treated like that anywhere anywhere and it's so funny the last two times it's happened gas station not a hospital not a corporate 500 company not anywhere on my mini traveling journeys as a nurse have I been stopped besides two gas stations not even a mile apart for a dog whose 6 pounds who has very big ears. It helps me with my palpitations so no he cannot walk on the floor. Yes, I carry him at my waist so that he can hear and he alerts me when I have certain arrhythmias. he's a very polite well mannered dog. He's real traveled the country with me without many problems it's not until I come home. Do I have problems? Do I have people stating false laws just to embarrass me or to make themselves puffed up but it's not cool and people don't deserve that with disabilities, we already have it just a little bit harder. There's some disabilities, you cannot see, so please inform California ADA dogs please this is getting out of hand and this Arco lost I can count out 11 locals because of the decision of this lady will not be attending this arco. Maybe it's just a drop in little tiny bucket somewhere. I mean, what is she gonna tell me next that my dog has to sing her the alphabet in order to get in. I don't understand. So finally I asked the attendant Ankit was his name.. why is the bathroom always closed? He says " we close it after 8pm. WTF??? Do people in California not pee after 8pm?? Been using this Arco and one off of Werrick and Indian truck Trail for years. Lately the Ontario location has started charging credit prices for Arco fleet card. I spoke to the manager inside she gave me nothing but grief told me I was wrong basically get lost. A later verified at two other gas stations that this Arco is charging the wrong price. I have registered a complaint with the California attorney general and we shall see. Furthermore the car wash attendant sleeps while at work, Wear sandals with socks, very osha and all, and LAZY! Been going there so long I know where they keep the condiments for their hot food so went out I ask and when the lazy crew is there they told me they're all out but then I just opened up the door and help myself. Car wash attendant gave my brand new Sienna a dent. Do not use their car wash. The entrance to the wash is so small that the attendant will shake your car into position with the rails. This shake maneuver can cause unnecessary damage to your car as it did to mine. read more

I've been to this Arco a few times, but when I came to fill-up my tank here this month I've had the worst experience I have ever had at a gas station! Not only was putting gas in my car, I was also paying for my friend's gas. So giving this gas station double service. Apparently, the sensors on the pumps are horrible. Gas went all over my car and a puddle of gas on the floor. This created a complete mess. I felt like I wasted money and was put in a dangerous situation. I had to hose down my car with water. Fortunately the pumped work,. I've tried to use the air before and it was out of service. This was the worst experience ever. read more

Don't patronize this establishment they put cups right underneath the coffee has the price on it when you get it they want to charge you a different price I even spoke to the manager and she's said she would not honor the price of the cups they were Under the machine with the price on it so she sent 49 cents wanted to charge me 49 cents more so I told her I was going to buy anything then and she said fine and then I took my $50 got a coffee and $50 where the gas at the 76 right across the street they were happy to have my business I guess she showed me she saved 49 cents she lost 49 cents plus $50 where the gas because she couldn't just charge me a $99 instead of to 49 read more

I have never been INSIDE this gas station. So this review is for what goes on outside only - This gas station offers some of the cheapest gas in this general area (especially if you can spare the 2 cents a gallon by not going to Sam's across the street). I like that I never have to wait in line here (like some other Arco stations closer to my house). Unfortunately, it seems like we usually get someone approaching us looking for money for gas, food, their car, the bus.... lol... something! It makes the whole place seem cheaper / creepier. Overall, cheap gas, usually fast in and out, but stay in your car so you don't have to talk to strangers! read more

This location has pretty good prices because they have to compete with the Sam's Club gas across the street. The card machines are always in good working order and the shop is well stocked with clean drink areas for coffee and sodas. I'd love to jazz this review up, but, hey, it's a gas station. As a tip: Make time to get in and out. Traffic on the street to the 91 on-ramp keeps this area super busy. Don't try to just "get in and get out" between 4 and 6 pm because the traffic is a nightmare. read more

We first went to the gas station across the street first because I love their cinnamon coffee. However at this location they stop making this after a certain time (major bummer!) and the customer service was lacking. So we went to this Arco station instead. So glad we did! First, they had pumpkin spice coffee!!! I made a delicious cup of joe with pumpkin spice creamer, pumpkin spice coffee syrup, nutmeg, AND Rich's Whipped Topping! I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! The place was clean. However, the best part was the great customer service I received from Sue. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. When I'm in the Corona area and need gas and coffee, this is where I'm going. read more
