Needed some air! Drove from Orange County and was headed to Crestline. Stopped here to put air in my tires. My tires were suddenly super low!! It was weird. I stopped at this gas station to put air in my tires. The tired machine costs $3 for 5 minutes. I paid for one round and noticed that it wasn't working. In fact, I lost air lol So, I tried it again and paid an additional $3. This time, it also made it worse. In my head, I'm thinking do I have a hole? I don't know. I called my dad for help and he filled up my tires with his air compressor. My tired filled up just fine. Turns out the air machines was making noise, like it was pumping air, but it wasn't actually pumping air lol I wasted $6 on nothing lol Beware of the tire machine! This used to be the best circle k ever! That is until they got this girl that works nights that clearly cares more about looking at her phone than she does helping customers. All of the employees at this location are so friendly and helpful but the girl working at 1:30am on Saturday march 28th probably doesn't deserve to have a job. This gas station is conveniently located near my home and our daughter's school and therefore my family frequented for gas, car washes and food and drinks. Not a big fan of the manager and his general disposition however I didn't often need to interact with him and the remainder of the employees were generally helpful. I purchased the unlimited family car washes for my family and our three cars which seemed a good value. My 16 year old daughter went to use the car wash and it wasn't clear how to use the wash on the purchased plan. She had people behind her and couldn't back up and also didn't want to hold up the line. She paid for the $18 car wash and immediately went inside to show the manager her receipt and our family car wash plan and request a refund and the manager was condescending and dismissive and refused to refund her $18. I walked in to speak with the manager today and show them our receipt and that we purchased the family unlimited plan and requested the $18 refund and was told they couldn't provide a refund. I ended up speaking with the assistance manager who approached me already with a chip on her shoulder. She also stated that they could not refund the wash. Very shortsighted, refusing to refund a car wash when we had already paid for the unlimited plan and lose a family of customers for $18. The Assistant "manager" was also dismissive, indifferent and frankly couldn't have cared less about our concerns or that they'd lose customers. Very unprofessional. On principal alone we'll never frequent another Circle K. Deplorable customer service and with numerous alternatives, they offer nothing that similar options in the area don't have and where at least our patronage is appreciated and valued. read more

This week has been one of those weeks that I couldn't find time to catch a break. My tire has a slow leak which became a problem over the weekend but I came to this circle K to get my tire with air AND NEVER had an easy experience like I did here. For almost a week straight I've been airing up my tire and I'm never asked a thousand questions or asked to buy anything to get air for free. The staff super friendly and honestly this place is really clean and has a great environment. I'm definitely coming back just to this place for any my needs, and for those that kept reading. Most of the employees are super cool. Today however I came by and needed gas . I got rang up by younger girl with hand tattoo and long black hair. I've been here a hundred times to fill up my Sprinter van. Tonight, I pulled into pump 6 to fill up and went back into my van to answer some e mails. After a few minutes a man at another pump caught my attention, frantically waving and pointing at the side of my van. I opened my door and diesel was shooting out like a fountain. The pump's auto stop failed and there was at least five to ten gallons of fuel around my vehicle. My hand was covered I fuel because I had to reach down to turn it off and my feet got soaked as well. I'm not sure if diesel is as flammable as gas but I hauled butt home to wash off. A few minutes later, i returned to tell them the pump failed. There were cones and sand scattered to absorb the spill. Still, I went in to speak with them. Lettie was behind the counter and I asked if she was the manager. As soon as I did that she got super rude and defensive and said he would be in at 9 am tomorrow. I explained what happened and she said "I didn't see nothing I had a long line here." Obviously someone knew because the spill was addressed! I asked if the incident would be on security footage because I feel I should be reimbursed for the fuel that spilled. She basically blew me off and started helping the next customer. I left a note for the manager (let's see if he calls) but I plan to follow up. I will still buy fuel here because it's a close station but seriously, Lettie is a pile. read more

if i could i would rate this 0 stars. i happened to be here with my aunt who doesn't speak or understand english. the cashier told us to wait so as she was working i was talking to my aunt. she told me what kind of lottery she wanted to buy before hand. when i started translating she asked me for my id (i am 16) i told her i didn't have one and immediately shot me down and not giving me a chance to explain that it wasn't for me. she yelled and got up in my face and also did not wear a mask the entire time we were there. disappointed read more
