They want to block extra lanes so they can manage first come first serve but were told by management that per a drone observation all lanes must be open yet they have only two employees and frustrated customers due to others cutting in line not notice waiting. This is poor leadership and poor management and non supportive of the operations being smooth! I said if this continues I'll get my gas somewhere else! Not mad at Ted and RJ at all. Help your employees do the right thing for all customers! There is zero line control and cutting in line is a common practice at this spot! Messy and time consuming! Easy to fix but no one cares and Safeway Kroger is the owner. I asked who is your CEO? They had no idea and said CEO keeps changing. That sounds like even CEO doesn't want to work for Safeway. It can be challenging to get in and out of this location due to its location and small physical space. This is especially true during peak times. The line moves fast enough, though. Half of the pumps are designated as self serve and the other half are designated as 'mini serve.' If I pull up to the mini pumps, I've been able to pump my own gas without any challenges.
