New owners but scam artists. They purposely set the gas price low but shut down all of the pay at the pump options so you have to go inside and hopefully buy something. If everyone at 12 pumps has to go inside and you have ONE employee, it takes 20 minutes just to put money on your pump. Its ridiculous. Cheap prices only go so far. read more

Pulled up to gas pump and wanted to pay at pump but had to go and pay as I did then I found out that it only took tap pay which I don't have then I ask why don't anything work around here and started walking away as the cashier said what u can't read I have a sign here then I turned around and said you don't have to be rude read more

The location for this business makes it easy access for the freeway. Unfortunately for the last 2 days the store doors have been locked by the employees when I am trying to stop there for gas at 3 am. They completely ignore your presence and there is no sign to indicate if you have to pay at the pump. There are several pumps that are broken and several card readers that don't work. This morning it was the same thing. Door was locked and the employee just smiled at me. I went to use my card at the pump and the pumps were off. I headed down the freeway to the next am pm and they are were open for business. Don't waste your time here. read more

Seriously never thought I'd rate a gas station but this one is so bad. The car wash has basically been broken since they opened, the line inside is always really long and takes forever to get through and the pumps are always either broken or seriously take forever. I timed how long it took to fill up my minivan today (around 19 gallons) and it took 13 minutes. I could have filled it faster had I used a ladle and funnel. It's location is convenient and close to my house but I'll be going to the stations down the blvd. It would actually save me time to go out of my way. read more

Car wash is horrible, three brushes were broken, and the rent cycle did not register Sophos. So when we exited, there was dried verb and soul. They said you just did not go through fast enough. I watch the car come out arguing with the manager, and he told me it looked fine when it was covered with soap. read more

On top of the fact that their car wash is never open I have stopped at least three more times to try and get gas, and their gas pumps are ALWAYS broken!! Today, at least 6 of them were down. This place obviously wasn't ready to open. This is the last straw, every time I go it is a waste of time. I don't know how nothing the have ever works. Been getting gas here since they opened. Usually use debit. Used cash yesterday and saw they were still charging me for the debit/credit price. Went inside and was treated like I was an idiot. Manager with the name Aadbad or Haabad, told me nothing he could do and to take it up with cooperate! Granted it was only a buck but if you add it up these clowns are raping the system!! Horrible,stopped to use restroom & pay cash for gas & get sone coffee after a very long day of work, but couldn't because the attendant & security guard to busy standing outside taking a break talking about smoking weed thru vapes. Came in here today and the line was extremely long but the cashier Alan was so quick he was using two differnt registers to get people inand out quicker. I thought there was two cashiers till I got up there and realized it was just him. Workers like that are the best. It's so nice to see people care about their job. This is the only gas station on my way to work from Moreno Valley so I usually have to stop here but way too many times have I had issues with this damn place. My card is constantly declined with the cashier saying my card is "not honorable" or "no funds" and I'm told to call my bank for the issue but I look at my bank and everything is completely fine. I had to go to another gas station this morning and it made me late to work when the issue was on them and they blamed it on me. Other customers had the same issue and walked out pissed with me. Was denied service for not wearing a face covering when I have a health condition that prevents me from using one. Employees were extremely rude and questioned my health which is a HIPPA violation. I was appalled at the disrespect the employees showed. I will not return to this store in the future and suggest to anyone with a medical condition to take their business elsewhere. read more

I go to get gas and the dude working tried to burn me for 20 dollars I bought some drinks and put 20 on the pump. When I went to the pump it didnt come on and this fool made a receipt for just the drinks and he said I accidentally pushed 20 cash back but it didnt say that on the receipt. I'll make damn sure I go back in there and put that dude on blast. Arco needs to bring up there standards. read more

Be careful here ..pushed button for 87 octane me gas and it dispensed 91 octane at 30 cents a gallon more .And when confronted management denied that was possible even tho when googled it shows it happens across the country read more

I have had many issues with this arco. One day I pay $9.42 for cigarettes. Next day I pay exactly 1 dallor more at $10.42. Only reason I go here is cause it's right on the corner next to my house. do not go here!! read more

Yesterday i went in to grab the kids some snacks after school. As i was paying i asked for cash back $20 .. got my stuff and left , forgetting my &20 ! When i realized i had forgotten it i was like oh well, just lost $20 But the more i thought about the more i thought i should call . Called and spoke to Carlos .. explained the situation and was so pleasantly surprised when Carlos said no problem come on in & get your $20 !! What ? Just like that no arguing? Nice new station but absolutely incompetent supervision and management, if there is any at all. These worthless good for nothing clerks seldom change the pump receipt paper so you have to leave your car and go and wait in line inside. Meanwhile new customers have to wait outside for the other customers to move their cars blocking the gas pumps. Shift change closes this store randomly and leaves us all outside. This is supposed to be open 24 hours! It's 945 at night and they close the store. The sign they post says that they'll be back "shortly" but it's been 15 minutes. This is very unprofessional. Don't come here. read more

Terrible store purchased a car wash but the store failed to tell me the car wash was out of order try to come back to get my car wash but the car wash was still out of order I'm a busy working man don't have time to check in all the time finally walked in the store and they said sorry but it's expired already can't help you. No where on the receipt does it indicate expiration date. They kept my $10 dollars. Lots of traffic here, dirty, rude and car wash doesn't work. I will never return to this gas station/car wash. I had my car washed there. A female employee direct me into the car wash. got almost to the end of the car wash and was waiting for the green light so that I could proceed ahead, when all the sudden I was struck from behind by another vehicle. the girl had loaded the second vehicle too close to mine and the green light never came on. We pulled forward and parked our vehicles to inspect the damage. We went inside to talk to the manager. We explained what had happened. He came out to look at the cars and was totally rude. He suggested that because of my age I didn't react quickly enough when the green light came on. I pointed out to him that the back of my car was still filthy it had not been washed because the truck behind me was so close that the brushes could not drop down to wash the back of my car and that the green light never came on. The young man that hit me heard this gentleman talk to the female employee and he told her that she had loaded the cars too close together. We were informed that there are cameras in the car wash and that they would have to review the film and told us we'd have to come back the next day which we did. we were told that they were not responsible we were told that we could not view the film. They refused to give us any information as to who to contact to make a claim and were extremely rude. read more
