This gas station is spacious and very clean, making it a convenient stop before heading to 123 Farms for the Lavender Nights festival. Some of the pumps had issues with the ATM/debit card function, so I had to go to a different pump a couple of times until I found one that worked. They also offer diesel fuel. read more

I would put 5 stars for when it was open and under that first managers rule, once it changed hands it became the most soulless 7/11 I've ever been to. I used to have so many laughs with the old crew and get a few drinks for work and enjoy the trip every time. Now I walk in and they rarely say hello, no conversation starters or anything AND the gas is 25%+ higher than your most expensive places. New management sucks, I miss the old crew. read more

I come in here everyday. There's always a lady, who I believe is the manager, who wears reading glasses and a black monster jacket that is very rude. Whenever she rings me up she doesn't look me in the eye and is very preoccupied with anything else around her, except for her customer. It's the only 7-Eleven in my area, which is why I go there, otherwise I'd go to a different one. All the products are the normal products you get at any 7-Eleven, but the customer service is horrible. read more

Always clean when I come in to get my morning Dirty Chai (this is one of the best drinks if you haven't tried it, you can get it on the touch screen automatic coffee machine) and my breakfast. Went opening day which was very nice. They had vendors there giving free items. The store was clean. Employees are friendly and super helpful. They are eager to help you. Average size store with most of what you can get at a convenience store. This 7-eleven is currently not accepting any payment through your phone or their own app. Cash and card only. Very disappointing that I added $10 to the 7-eleven app for the bonus points. Just to not be able to use it and $10 just sitting on the app that I can not put back into my bank. This location is closed for some reason or another the majority of the time. I'd say 3 out of 5 mornings usually there is is excuse for being closed. The pumps are almost always out. Either half of them are closed or all of them. Service is okay and staff seem faily competent but always seem burned out. I get it, I'm sure they are understaffed. But unfortunately this is the only convenience store around the neighborhood and it's inconvenient when they are closed or I have to backtrack 3 exits on the freeway to get Gas or snacks for my daily 200 Mile drive. Getting there: This location is on the southside of the 10 fwy, off Cherry Valley exit. It's in the new shopping center. Experience: I cannot express how happy I am that this gas station is open. I finally don't have to drive exits aways to get gas. It's very clean, as it just opened up last week. Gas prices are affordable and its in a nice prime location. I hope it doesn't get crowded as more people discover its open. read more

WARNING FOR THE OWNER! THEFT HAPPENING IN THE STORE DONE BY AN EMPLOYEE! I was at this store today between 10:30-10:35 am Saturday 2/11/23. I got iced latte, a hotdog and chicharones. I paid with cash. I looked at the screen and it said zero dollar change due, while he was still trying to take my change out of the cash register. I knew right away something was off. And he didn't give me a receipt. On top of that he didn't really close the cash register as i was already getting ready to leave and he looked like he was trying to count money inside of it in a discreet way. Check your cctvs. This guy probably is pocketing all the cash purchases or at least most of it. I am just concerned coz i am also a business owner myself. read more

Went to this store to get slurpees on 7-Eleven day hours before the event ended as whenever you search the event there is no specific end time, it simply says all day. When we arrived to the store the floors were extremely sticky, leaving residue on the bottoms of our shoes, it was packed with people and staff were not in their proper uniforms. We walked to the slurpee machine to get our free slurpees to find only large cups leftover. Due to this, we politely asked the staff worker that was sweeping the floor if there were any small cups left over and he rudely told us that there were no cups left over and the event had ended. However, as we were leaving, a box of small cups was visible through the door to the back. Again, this staffer was not dressed in uniform and was in fact wearing pajamas on the job. We were not the only people upset by this instance, a large group of customers walked out beside us empty handed as well. Additionally, before this we had gone to a different 7-Eleven location ten minutes away from this one and the staff member on the job politely informed us that their machine was out of order but informed us that the event was still occurring. All staff at this 7-Eleven were in their proper attire and spoke in a kind matter. Which then led us to coming to the 7-Eleven that we're sadly leaving this review for. Forgot to add, there was a large pile of trash in the middle of the walk way leading my sister to step in this gigantic pile of garbage and dirt, leaving more residue on her shoes and because of her open-toed shoes, trash touched her feet, directly contradicting the original 7-Eleven we had gone to which had their wet hazard signs out as they had just mopped their floors. read more

It was super clean of course because it was new but the customer service was great and I was excited to go in there and see what it looks like while it was still fresh and clean. The gas pumps at this place are either always down or never accept your cards. Constantly receive the "Please See Cashier" message. I've talked to owner about fixing the system (because this is a frequent problem amongst my family and all my neighbors) and the owners can careless about ensuring that his pumps work properly. Can't wait until he gets some competition off the Cherry Valley Blvd exit. Save yourself the waist of time and go put gas off County Line Rd. Legitimately wanted to love this place as I work graveyard and would've been a #1 customer for quick eats/snacks but twice I came here around 12-1 AM and was greeted by a closed sign. Very 7-11 of you to not follow hours of 99% of 7-11's. I have been waiting for a gas station on the side of the freeway for over 10 years. 7-Eleven did not fail. I get off work in the middle of the night and they were open, clean, and friendly. I felt safe at this location and the staff was very helpful. Some items were not available, but it's a brand new store and they are working out the kinks. read more
