I drive a car that requires high octane. Yes, I can put the cheap yak in the tank but that just means diminished a performance. So at the station, I can afford to put 92 octane in. The pluses are that while you are waiting for your tank to fill with that premium hooch, you have the excitement of keeping your eyes on other cars that are coming in for the midnight or later fill ups. It's exciting to keep your eyes on the shit boxes, the really loud front wheel drive four bangers with mufflers installed that attempt to make them sound like they're V8s. The sound like weed whackers. Oh! Don't turn your back! You may find someone stealing your wallet... Especially if they think you're not privy to workaday crims salivating at the thought of perhaps getting in your passenger side door while you're not paying attention. Lock all your doors, and keep an eye on everything, and you'll get petrol at a fantastic price. Overall, it is a clean place to hang out while filling up your tank. 2 stars 4/5/19 Gas is good. Brand new Carwash didnt clean well and everytime i go here there is never any paper at the pumps. I need to print receipts for work. Then it says to go inside fir receipt and theres always a line. Great drink selection inside. 2 stars still 8/3/21 - I keep having problems with these pumps and my van. My van fills straight down and the pumps keep stopping. I stopped going here. Again, never any paper in the receipts at the pump and there's always a line inside. I've been here a few times now. Usually in the morning, every now and then in the late evening. The employees or that of few words, which is great for me, since I don't like small talk. This location is obviously new, however they keep it very clean. I haven't used the car wash, however I have seen it closed once or twice. But I've seen it open more often than that. I stop frequently at convenience stores and gas stations for a couple of reasons. The first is convenience. This is an easy in and easy out location and the store and property were clean, the help was friendly and the bathrooms were not only available but spotless I purchased a large amount of gasoline and a small amount of snacks and felt like it was a great value. Gas seems really poor quality and destroyed a weed-wacker of mine. On top of that all food and drink is over priced. To top it all off, computer system is set up so poorly that enhanced drivers licenses won't scan for ID checks and despite multiple other IDs showing birthdate the employees can't bypass. read more

This store has an employee that thinks the disabled spots is their own and she is not going to move. She believes she does no wrong. I made mention to management about it, and they started that they are going to talk to her about it. I think not. This person, their worker I guess doesn't like their job. This place also gets on people who bring this up, by stating us disabled do not know what we are talking about when it comes to this space or they state " we are in the wrong. " This shows me as a disabled person and disabled veteran, that they believe these laws are suggestions and not for the person who needs it. I suggest others find a place that follows the better part of nature and go someplace else, because they really dislike disabilities in their store and on the property!! read more

Today I was this Arco and went into the store to get some chips. I made my purchase and was given back change with a $10 that was ripped on both sides and completely wet with who knows what. I asked for a different bill and immediately the worker began yelling at me and made threats saying I'll show you how we do it here. I again asked for a clean $10 and his coworker took care of but not after a huge scene. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I usually just get gas here and sometimes a car wash, never had an issue with that. I rarely smoke but decided to get a pack of cigarettes, stressful week etc. The lady scans my ID and tells me their system doesn't recognize enhanced ID's...What?... New gas station by my house and I find it extremely convenient. The store is alright - looks just like any other Arco out there. However, if you need a car wash, you need to pay at the cashier. The wait is forever during peak hours and weekends; So, goodluck. Overall, yay! read more

Cashier shorted me 2 dollars and when I said something, he started yelling at me telling me we could take it out back. The obviously don't teach their cashiers how to properly do their job or he was deliberately short-changing me. I gave him a 20 dollar bill and told him I wanted $10 on pump 10. I found another dollar in my pocket so I said make it 11. He gave me $9 in change and then only put $10 on my pump. They scan ID on all alcohol purchases but their system doesn't work for enhanced ID; they wouldn't sell because their scanner didn't work, even though I gave them legal ID proving I'm well over the legal age, and made no apologies. I've been twice, and the staff was slow and unnecessarily rude, almost hostile. It's clean and nice and the location is convenient for me, but I will not go back. read more

I've been getting gas here since they opened. Their gas prices are always among the lowest in the area. The store is clean and neat, with friendly clerks. It's handy having the car wash available (and I've paid cash at the machine in the car wash line, so perhaps they've changed the machine since the reviewer earlier was there). The AM/PM a few blocks away from my home is regularly 50-70 cents per gallon more expensive, so I go out of my way to gas up at this one. read more

Paid for the works plus car wash. After the wash the dryer only ran for about 10 seconds and quit with at least 45 seconds remaining on the timer. Went into store for adjustment, refund, or credit for another run through the wash. The clerk acted like I was a liar. The vehicle is right there in front of the store soaking wet. Said nobody else had any complaints. Said I must not have paid attention to the timer or prompt to exit the wash. Not authorized for any refund or adjustment. Said to come back tomorrow and speak with manager. I requested she call manager immediately. Manager gave her directions to program for drying only. That took a long time. Now the dryer ran longer and still stopped with 35 seconds remaining. She said that is just the way it is. Car is still spotty. Unbelievable customer service. read more
