Dear Ernie's Fuel Stop owner and management, please pay attention to this situation. Unfortunately, my experience at your truck stop was extremely disappointing. After reading many other reviews, I can see that my situation is not an isolated case. Many truck drivers mention the same problems: rude employees, poor customer service, dirty restrooms, and a lack of basic respect toward customers. The location itself is actually very good and convenient for truck drivers. This place has a lot of potential and could be a great truck stop where drivers would want to come back. But unfortunately, the attitude of some employees completely ruins the experience. I would especially like to bring attention to the night shift from July 5th to July 6th. The woman working that night was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I first asked about parking, she responded with irritation and a bad attitude. Later, after a long day on the road, I wanted to take a shower. Instead of a normal explanation, she raised her voice at me and said the shower was not available. She even told me not to wash myself in the restroom -- only quickly wash my face and leave. I travel all over the country and visit many truck stops, but I have rarely experienced such poor treatment of drivers. Truck drivers spend days and nights on the road. We are not asking for anything special -- just a safe place to park, clean restrooms, a working shower, and respectful communication. Based on many other reviews, this seems to be a long-term problem with customer service and cleanliness, not just one bad experience. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this location could be much better with better employee training, improved cleanliness, and more respect for the drivers who support this business every day. read more

It's not the Holiday Inn,it's not even a good Motel 6, it does have a certain old school vibe. Been going here since the 90's. Used to live out here. Living in the Carolinas now. It's literally like it hasn't changed a bit in 30 years. That's not a bad thing. Even the hot deli food is the same. Reasonably priced and no they don't have any veggie burgers or tofu. The selection of food that they have in their hot case is awesome. Good pizza sticks. Good BBQ Beef burritos. Good fried chicken. Good potato wedges. It's not five-star dining but it's Five Star that is absolutely horrible for you but taste so damn good. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years now and have always felt that warm comfortable vibes! Their hot food and deli style foods are a little expensive compared to other stores but I would rather pay for quality over quantity any day of the week especially when it comes to food. They get really busy because this is a truck stop after all, but they still make sure that you being the customer is always taken care of! Yes it's a a great stop! read more

Very friendly people and food is good. Truck drivers have to pay $25 to park on their property, that's a bit ridiculous.

My family member parks here because they drive a 18 wheeler. They charge 25.00 for over night parking. Gas fill up is right next door. Only assuming this is a secure lot, but no signs are posted stating such. The traffic flow is constant. Not sure of what they offer to regular folks. My family member did say that this place is fairly clean for a truck stop. read more

The food here is all deep fried so u get that they call it a hot case and I had chicken pieces and barbecue burritos are very good the ranch is free with your hot case purchase its a very nice gas station. I like the attendants are helpfully and friendly there is no other gas station like this one around any more I know because they dug the other one up and are building a block wall over it. read more

Had to have my personal vehicle weighed empty and full prior to shipping to Alaska. The two young men in charge of the scales went way above & beyond to make sure it was weighed properly & even helped unload and load it a second time when the scale tripped weird. The selections are excellent, the food is what you would expect from a truck stop/gas station and is pretty decent. The prices are normal, but the staff could learn to smile a little and have snce of humor. The gas prices are pretty high for the area. read more

As an over the road driver, I stay at a lot of truck stops. Earnie's was a great find. 1.5 miles away is Kent Station, which is a retail-restaurant area with a movie theater. $6 ride away on Uber. So this is a great location. They have washing machines and showers too - they provide the towels. The people are super nice. You have to pay for parking or purchase fuel for free parking, but it is totally worth it. read more

I stopped in here to take a quick shower but if you're not a trucker they won't let you even if the showers are all empty. Crummy business practice IMO. I will never return here. Asked to speak with the owner and the two young women insisted it's ALWAYS been that way even though I had used them before.
