HIGHLY DISCOURAGE. I stop to get gas, notice a .35 charge to use my debit or credit card. I immediately cancelled the transaction and didn't purchase ANYTHING. I immediately received a notification from my bank stating the Arcco Gas Station had a "bank hold" on my account even though I didn't purchase anything and was HOLDING $175.35 HELL NO! The company claims it's your bank that puts the hold on the account but it's actually a gas station that puts the hold on your account. I drive a small vehicle but to charge me $175 when I only needed $25 in gas is absolutely absurd. read more

I've gotten gas and then car washes at many Arco's but this one was the worst one ever. My car still dirty and I didn't wanna waste my time going inside. I had to go home and clean my windows and clean my doors with a bucket and sponge never again will I go to this Arco and I might never go to Arco again. read more

On Apple/google maps it STATES restrooms are open. I show up and ask the guy that is just standing outside the store, and he says there closed because he just cleaned them. This is wrong arco should be at full service. He does out of laziness because he doesn't want to clean the bathrooms again. I enjoy coming here very friendly atmosphere. The place is always clean they're always nice. We always have fresh pastries back from their own oven in the morning and greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this Arco ampm for the customer service and the cleanliness of the store. read more

Was driving by and saw the price on the sign and thought I'd top off since I was at a half of a tank. But when I got to the pump it was more than what they advertised on the sign. Not a big deal, but I figured I'd support the station that had a lower price than other stations. But that wasn't the case and I just wasted my time. I'll go to my normal Arco. Employee in the morning absolutely does not know how to do her job. I have a loyalty number and she didn't even know how to access that so I can put in my number what good is loyalty if you're employees don't know how to run the system. This is my second visit while on my way to work in the morning. Both times needed to use the bathroom, both times the bathrooms were closed due to out of order. This location just opened within the past week or so. As of now, it is extremely clean, and it is in a very convenient location for people living far in the Southwest. Other than that, it is a typical convenience store and gas station. There will eventually be a water park across the street from this location, so it is likely to be a lot more busy when that opens. read more

The only gas station in the world that only accepts Cash or Debit. Credits is not accepted here and they charge you $0.35 to use your debit card. This is the 21st century. How do they even stay open? Word of advice to the owners...the 1.5% you think your saving in credit card fees is just reducing your sales by 10%. read more

This station recently popped up in my neighborhood. Gas is SUPER cheap here. About 4-10 cents cheaper than anywhere else. Just remember, if you use your debit card, they charge you 35 cents. But hey, this is Vegas. Pay for your gas in $1's like a boss...or stripper. They have a massive soda fountain. It has the tiny crushed ice that I absolutely love. I stop in for a cup of ice and a bottle of Perrier occasionally, because I'm weird like that. Also, they have a car wash. It's easy, quick, and they do a good job. The attendant even pre-scrubs your car, and then after you go through the automatic machine, he will towel-dry the remaining moisture. Love that. All around, my new favorite gas station. P.S. If you want to hate on me for reviewing gas stations, well you sir, are a scrooge. :D read more

If you think that writing a review on a gas station is weird, you clearly haven't been to some of the more shady/run down spots in town. So one thing I have noticed whenever I am in the SW is that there really aren't any cheap gas stations, yeah I know its weird but pretty much every place is anywhere 10 cents (15 if your from North Town) more expensive than everywhere else. This station probably the cheapest place in the area to get fueled up. I have not seen a place in the area which even comes close to it. No more having to drive 20min out to Costco. However, be warned, they don't take credit cards! Plus you get get a car wash here if ya need one. This Arco is brand new, there is just something nice about hitting up a new spot, its clean, no graffiti etched into pumps, or oil spilled everywhere. The ampm has a huge drink fountain, with pretty much every soda you could want available 'on tap'. One of the best things about station is of course the car wash. There is a guy there ready to scrub down your car before it goes into the tunnel. After there are guys waiting to wipe it down clean, and then you can pull into the 'car pods' where you can vacuum everything out from the interior, FOR FREE. Yes! I love free stuff. Overall its a great spot if you're in the area, check it out! read more

Yelp 100 Challenge 2013- 9/100 Ok. I will keep my rant rather brief. I am not a fan of any AM/PM gas stations. Why? As others have noted, they will charge you a 35 cent fee for using a DEBIT CARD. A. D.E.B.I.T C.A.R.D ?!?! It's not the peewee amount of 35 cents that grinds my gears. It's the principal behind it. Personally, I feel that this cost should be absorbed by the business itself. To me, this is the cost of doing business in this day and age by offering a convenience for your customers Ugh, hello.... It's 2013. I am reviewing the car wash. I really hope a manager reads this because this is why I am placing this review. The person who was working the car wash on Labor Day, September 2, 2019, seemed either grossly overworked or unhappy or something... We came at about 11:45 AM. We paid eight dollars for their standard car wash in cash. The man who took it disappeared for well over five minutes. He did not bother telling us that he was the only one working there, and did not bother telling us that it would be a while before he got back as he was helping the other car. He said nothing. Please note it was not that busy at the car wash. My friend, who was driving the car, gave a short honk after three minutes and another short honk after five minutes because she had no idea where he was and there was no car in the car wash during this time. The guy shows up from where he usually dries cars with a very frustrated look on his face. He starts telling us, in a very angry and irritated manner, to move forward. He was going to let us go through the car wash without spraying the car down or brushing it down before it went through, which we know they do every time we go to this car wash. The guy was literally not going to do this! My friend was polite and asked him " aren't you supposed to spray down and brush the car before we go through". His answer was, in a very rude tone, "well I didn't think you wanted me to do that because you are very impatient". I was beside myself. My friend's honks were very short and were in no way hostile, and the amount of wait time we had was absolutely ridiculous. This man needs to be taught to communicate with people as that is good customer service and good business. Had he told us he was the only one there, we would have waited patiently. He made no such communication and just disappeared, like we were nothing, but he took our cash. When we came out of the wash, he did dry the car but did not try the back of the car at all and we knew this because we parked the car to vacuum it ourselves. I felt so sorry for this guy that I actually gave him a $10 tip because he looked so miserable, but I did that because I felt bad for him, not because I thought he provided good service. I question ever coming back to this car wash because of how terrible the service is/was and would not recommend it. I would strongly suggest training this guy or finding someone who actually takes pride in their work. read more

It's ok. :-) I mean it's a gas station, so... Like people have said the 35 cent fee for debit is ridiculous. It is annoying enough to have a fee for gas at the pump, but it is the same fee inside if you are picking up snacks and drinks and that is where it seems insane to have a fee! They do tend to have the cheapest gas, although if I have the 10 cents off from Vons, then that is usually a cheaper option and just down the block. I do like the pay with cash machines at the pumps, so it does make the paying with cash option easier since you don't need to go wait in line inside and you can avoid that fee. I finally got a car wash here (my go to is the place on the corner of Trop and Ft. Apache) and I thought it was below average. They dry it for you when you come out (and I always tip) and when I got out of the car to use the vacuums, there was still water dripping everywhere and lots of spots that should have been easy to rub off. The only plus side, imo, is that the vacuums are free and the set up works well for getting each side of your car, but it doesn't really make up for a crappy car wash. Again, it's just a gas station, so if I have cash with me to pay at the pump, its a good place to get cheap(er) gas. read more

ARCO ampm gas stations are just there.. this one is relatively close to my house and I never use them for gas but for quick things I don't want to go to the store for. They have deals on the car washes occasionally but if it's not a car wash or just something quick to drink I really don't spend money here. Like everyone else's complaint about this $0.35 debit card fee I don't believe in paying that just to get gas. They come off as cheaper and then you factor is that snazzy little fee. They have an earlybird special for $7 and they can take cash or card while waiting in line. They offer a punch card too so the 7 wash is free sort of thing. I timelapse my experience being it took like 5-10 minutes. Dont forget to tip the guy at the end for hand drying your car along with the tires. I used the free vacuum station to do minor interior dusting, the suction isn't too strong by the way. read more

Then I go and try to pump it and NOTHING. So we go inside trying to figure out why it's not working. And the same lady who's name was SHERRY claimed we never paid. Excuse me? I just walked in? I asked for a receipt and you said there was none available. Now i know why. Then a manager came out and said she needed to check the cameras. They clearly saw my boyfriend walk in (we could see through the employees only window) and they claimed they didn't see him walk in just complain about the pump issue. After 40 minutes of him and the employees going back and forth they finally admitted to seeing me pay. And SHERRY acted so fucking shocked as if she hadn't seen him pay literally 5 minutes before him complaining. I will never be coming back here again. We recently moved to this neighborhood, and I have bought gas and conv store items here a few times. Yesterday (6/3) I went to get gas about noon, and tried three different debit cards at the pump -- all were rejected (my accounts are in good standing), so I went into the store (I've never needed to do this here or at other stations in the past) and started to tell the clerk what happened, she seemed to be well aware of the problem at the pump and said, yeah it's not working. I said (which shouldn't have been necessary) that I wanted to buy gas, she then asked if I wanted to use a Debit Card (again, this should've been obvious), I said "OK, I just want to buy gas". She asked how much, I told her I wanted to fill my tank. She said that they'd have to authorize the card for $100 & adjust the amount afterwards. I replied "that's a lot of trouble" -- her response was "WHATEVER". I left and filled the car at a Mobil station for $72.31 (my fill-ups are always over $70 at current prices) and I buy gas at least once a week (sometimes twice). Although this ARCO station is the closest gas to my house, I like ARCO gas, this station usually has the lowest prices in the area, I will never go back because of the rude attitude of this employee. read more
