More gas pumps than any other Costco gas station in town, which means less time waiting, and more shopping time (and more food sampling time, if that's your thang) inside the Costco warehouse. I have found that as of late, Premium gas can be a little pricier here compared to other Costco locations, but Regular gas is usually cheaper than most of the rest. As long as the price is right, I will absolutely frequent this location more often!

This location has been open for 2-3 weeks, but the warehouse won't open until August 21. Not many people are here yet, so get your gas now before the crowds arrive! Even though I don't live in the southwest area, I'm so excited for this spot. It has 40 pumps, the biggest in Nevada, and the warehouse will be 1.5 times larger than the Summerlin location. The friendly workers even came by to say hello and chat since it was slow. Thanks, Costco, for adding another location to Las Vegas!

Then where you pay unlimited for car washes but the car washes are closed and only open on certain hours what's the point this is a 24 hour Town some people work odd hours hello. Then forcing your employees to make people donate money to where you don't even know where it goes you have no validation or receipt. Then to top it off, you buy this unlimited car wash thing. None of the car washes are open at 5 AM. I know Covid really screwed up vegas and nothing's open in the middle of the night but terribles you're doing a really good terrible job. it's sad I knew the family and how great their gas stations were. I still love them, but you need to get better management in there because the employees are disgruntled Lhone manager I could give kudos to is the new manager on Sunset in Durango and how he turned that store around, I pay attention and go to the stores every morning. I had the VIP wash and my car was so shiny and sparkly afterwards. Additionally, they vacuumed and wiped down EVERYTHING. It definitely felt like a car detail with an amazing price. I felt so much better driving around town in my clean car today :) You can't beat the price, and I am super satisfied with the results. I've been to this gas station quite a bit since I moved to this area in March, it's across the…read morestreet from my house, super convenient. Didn't have a problem till I pulled up to fill up on a Friday after working two jobs in one day and having to pick up my teenaged son from his job, and was quite literally on E, 10:30pm at night when I paid through the app just like I always do, used Apple Pay to pay just like I always do... reached for the pump and the cashier on duty cancels the transaction and it says on the screen to go inside to speak to the cashier. I then have my son go in and the cashier tells him when he walks in "it'll be instantly refunded to my card" he tells me this when he gets to the car, cashier doesn't greet him, doesn't say why she cancelled it, just it'll be refunded. I drive off on E. Return the next day because I'm still on E and need to take my kid to work. I walk in this time and advise my money was not returned to me instantly show proof of it still pending, mind you I didn't tell the lady what pump I was at the night before but she said it, which I can only assume means she was the one my son had this interaction with. So then I ask for a manager speak to Jack who accused me of calling him stupid for asking why the transaction was cancelled and all he kept saying is we aren't stupid we can't cancel the transactions. I then say I never called you stupid I'm asking why was the transaction cancelled and for him to not cancel the transaction I now need to make, he then repeats himself again, in which I take a deep breath in and ask him to not cancel this transaction because I am not a baller! He then says if you do not get your money back by Monday he will personally return it to me VERBATIM! Now that being said I work two jobs I wasn't able to come back on Monday, I'm also a single parent. I returned the next Saturday which is quite literally TODAY, asked for the manager, Kayla says she is the assistant manager, I proceed to tell her what happened and advised still haven't received my money back and showed her proof she then calls Jack on the phone and he says I need to call my bank, now I did already because like I said I don't have time during the week to go inside of the gas station so I thought it be easier if Apple Pay just gives me my money back but Apple Pay says they can't do anything till after the 26th (original transaction was on the 15th) and if they don't cancel the transaction on their end they will report them. Now I then advised to both Kayla and Jack that I did call Apple Pay and then told them what Apple Pay said, in which he proceeds to tell me he watched me on the cameras get gas and I said I sure did the following day when I came in here which I told him I was going to do when I asked him to not cancel this transaction you know the same day he kept saying he wasn't stupid he can't cancel a transaction. I spent a different amount that day not the $70.28 they cancelled for no reason. Now they both have an attitude with me which I just want to add on both Saturdays when I got out of my car and walked into the store I did not act crazy, I did not disrespect anyone, I did not yell, I did not cuss, I did not act out of character. But I did keep saying he did say he would give me my money back personally on Monday. In which they respond with I'll give you the money back but you can never come back again! I didn't get I am so sorry for the inconvenience, still don't know why the transaction was cancelled, but now I'm not allowed to come back because yall stole my money and didn't want to give it back! But again not once did I act out of character or was disrespectful or unprofessional! Side note- Jack I drove down to my original gas station I used to go to before yours, and asked them can yall cancel transactions, in which they replied YES, when we think someone is being shady. I guess me sitting in my car exhausted from a long day, long week, long life-is Shady Jack huh! No worries tho I wasn't planning on giving you any more of my money anyways! I keep expectations moderate when it comes to minimart employees, but the employees here have always been polite and friendly. (+) They also have a small slots area here for what it's worth. I went back to get receipt yet I forgot change was due. Luce was upstanding and honest to remind me change was due. I also like this location's Amazon code lockers, trash containers by fuel are always near empty, restrooms seem reasonably clean, there are a lot of nice treat options, and the fuel price is often lowest on GasBuddy.
