The completed charge for what I actually bought from this arco

STAY AWAY! I just filled up my gas here and bought 6 gallons worth of gas, used my debit card and now I have another pending charge for 100.35$ from this same arco! Do not come to this arco they will try to get away with stealing your money!! I even went back to this arco and they kept telling me the fund would be released to me at midnight and there was nothing he could do about it and this happens every where. I use my debit card every where and at several other gas stations and not once have I ever been charged and extra 100$ on top of what I just bought!! He tried to even say it was an "authorization charge" like wtf is that?!?! I shouldn't of been charged for anything else but the gas I bought today!!

The worst squeegee services ever. Just plain dirty water and ancient squeegees. This is my windshield after I squeegeed it.

    Proof.

This morning on my way to work, I stopped here for gas. After I swiped my card, having begrudgingly accepted the archaic ATM card transaction fee, I discovered to my dismay that my pump's nozzle (and those of other adjacent pumps) was inaccessible, as it was PADLOCKED! What a deceitful, unnecessary precaution (what gives!? This isn't a bad neighborhood) and utter waste of time!

Came to get my propane tank refilled. The cashier declined to refill it. Why? She said it's raining I can't. Get better employees

This gas station is running a blatantly deceptive pricing scheme and I will absolutely never…read morereturn. The giant price sign on the street advertises one price for gas, but when you actually pull up to the pump the price suddenly jumps $0.30-$0.40 higher per gallon. That is not a small difference -- that's a deliberate bait-and-switch. Most people notice the street sign while driving and pull in expecting that price, only to find out the real cost once they're already at the pump. When I went inside to ask about it, instead of fixing the issue or even acknowledging the deception, there was just a cheap piece of paper taped inside with the "real" prices listed. So apparently the plan is to advertise one thing outside to lure customers in, then quietly reveal the actual inflated price once you're already there. That's not transparency -- it's a scam. This kind of shady practice completely destroys trust. Gas stations know exactly why those large street signs exist: to show the price customers will pay. If the pump price is different, the street sign should reflect that. Anything else is intentionally misleading. Between the false advertising, the ridiculous price difference, and the dismissive attitude when questioned, this place clearly does not care about honest business practices. There are plenty of other stations that don't try to trick their customers. Avoid this station unless you enjoy being misled and overcharged.

My thought to write this had me wondering if people ever really wrote reviews on Service Stations,…read moreand the service I received left me knowing that I would. I have to first say that I don't live in the area of this Service Station and was only in the area with my kids taking them to lunch and a movie. I began my journey on 6/24/2011 going into this Service Station for a much needed fill up of petro. I was greeted by the attendant Bo who provided me with friendly and efficient service for my gas purchase. Bo also assisted me with directions for another place I was looking for on my journey. Much later in the afternoon after picking up my kids from a luncheon and a movie I needed to use the restroom facilities and decided to go back into the Service Station before heading home. As I approached the door to the service station I was greeted yet again by Bo and a new face, whom I have learned was the Mgr. Rashad. My second trip around is why I decided I had to write this review, to say Thank you! As Rashad opened the door to the station, he greeted me with a smile. There was a sign on the restroom door that indicated that it was out of service. I asked Rashad if I could use the facilities and he said absolutely....and that he would knock the wall down for me. Upon my departure, I purchased three soft drinks and Rashad assisted me with this. He was very complimentary and gave me the best smile. We ended our transaction with a friendly neighborly hug! I don't know about you, but I have never felt led to hug a manager of a Service Station. Not saying this doesn't happen, but this was a first for me. Upon walking to my car, I thought to myself.....I have never been in a Service Station and received such warmth and love. I live 20 minutes from this Service Station and from the service I received, I would actually go outta my way every time I need gas to visit this location. Thanks Rashad for adding such bliss to my day! Thanks for being the Neighborhood Service Station on the corner of Tampa and Nordhoff St. I also have to add....I really was in disbelief of the attentive treatment I received and mentioned this to Bo the attendant...His response summed it up in one sentence. "Yeah, we are the neighborhood station and everyone who comes through our doors is treated like our neighbor."

I told him no problem, thanked him for his time and left. I went back at 10:05 and as soon as I walked in the guy went on his brake and told me to come back in 45 minutes. Terrible costumer service. If you need propane-refill go to U-hall rental yard on Davinshire and Canoga. very nice people with great customer service. Better prices too.
