I pulled up and selected my wash from options ranging from $8-$10, plugged my card in and it shot out a receipt. The lights then instruct you to pull forward and stop and the wash moves around your car. The dry wasn't too bad although the side view mirrors don't get much love and still ended up with water spots but that's what you expect when there isn't a hand dry present anyway. Not a bad option if you want a basic, no frills exterior wash.

The Car Wash does a pretty decent job on cleaning your car which most drive thru car washes are typically just ok. I always add the Car Wash to my Gas Fill Up which sometimes often cheaper price per gallon when you add a Car Wash. Shell also offers a rewards program where you can get 5 cents off per gallon. The very few interactions I have had with the staff has always been nice.

When I filed a claim, corporate denied any responsibility, using the cheap excuse that it must have been a "hidden pre-existing weakness in the glass" rather than their machine malfunctioning. Having worked here a couple of years ago, I know firsthand how this place operates. The old car wash systems they used to have never gave anyone any trouble. Ever since they upgraded to this new car wash system, it has been causing issues. Instead of taking accountability for their new equipment damaging vehicles, they choose to gaslight customers and stick them with the repair bill. Save your money and your car--avoid this new wash until corporate decides to take responsibility for their equipment.
