Gretchen, the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. A horrible experience, would not recommend coming here.

Went in on a Saturday without an apt and signed in at 8:15am. I was not called back until 10:45am…read moreand that's only because after 2 hrs I was able to go into the system and it let me book an apt for 10:10am. I did not want to be sitting in a quest lab on my saturday morning with my 9 year old son for fun, but I was not feeling great and needed to get some blood work prior to my Monday morning apt with my dr. The tech Jackie finally called me back and was immediately rude asking me for my paper script. I informed her the routine thyroid test was showing received in the quest app and I tried to pull it up on my email to show her. She just kept talking about how doctors offices don't know what they are doing and never do things right. She told me she could not draw the blood without a paper copy. I asked about trying to email them the copy and she could not do that as this wasn't her normal office. I am shocked that in 2026 we are still requiring patients to need a paper copy for their bloodwork especially when I showed her it was showing received on my phone. She was not helpful and argumentative and obviously should not be in that position because she clearly doesn't like her job. Shame on them for making someone wait for over 2.5 hours only to refuse them. Quest needs to do a better job at taking walk ins within a reasonable time or not take them at all. Quest also should invest in upgrades to their online system that allows for patients to email over scripts if they do not have a paper copy.

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a lab. My appointment was at 10am, checked in,…read morewaited in the car and after 26 minutes they texted me saying they were ready. When I come in there is no one in sight to ask a question, 13 minutes later someone walks out and I mentioned I received a text, she said: I called you twice and I responded I never received a call and I was waiting in my car as suggested. She said well I didnt know that and walked away. Its already 50 minutes after my appointment and Im still waiting. What is the whole purpose of even making an appointment for such a long wait? On top of this, Im indoors, with over 10 people in a waiting room, waiting for someone else to come out... this is outrageous!!
