A month later I was WORSE than when begun. Asked this doc to refer for MRI three times; never did. Asked him to refer for physical therapy; never did. Told him that his default adjustment method hurt, he did it anyway. I even asked owner for MRI referral; she put me on traction table. They do not keep good notes, either. I would tell him of new pains and he ALWAYS wrote "sitting and driving"; never wrote what I told him. They didn't listen, made my problem worse, which required twice the time for healing. Only reason I would set foot in that place is to make a payment or see one of the fantastic (but too expensive @$300/hr) massage specialists.

In the initial evaluation Keith had mention insurance didn't cover TMJ issues and would have to add other issues with the neck to insure coverage. Which at the time I was having issues with my neck as well, so it made sense. By the second appointment when I started asking questions he started making very rude remarks. He saw me for about 15 minutes while he did some dry needling and when he finished, I sat in the room waiting for his assistant to come see me for the rest of the time. I was told they would e-Mail me some exercises, which I had to e-Mail to ask for them because a week later I still had not received them. This an expensive place and really lacked care. After this second session I knew I was wasting my time and money. After some time I requested my medical records from this facility and read the notes Keith wrote, that unless you request medical records you cannot see. The notes were untrue and I was in complete disbelief because Keith is suppose to be a professional provider. I contacted the facility and he never returned my call. After about 1 month 1/2 I called again and was able to speak to him. He clearly stated he "doesn't make mistakes in all of his year," and there was nothing he could do. I am appalled. I would not recommend his facility or him as a professional provider.

There were even points at night where I could not lay down without tossing and turning because my back would start twitching from the pain. Well, I had my wife make an appointment for a chiropractor because all the doctors had tried to do is drug me up on pain killers which i refused to take due to my profession. When we arrived at the office we were a few minutes late but the staff was more then patient and greeted us very kindly. Dr. Browne asked some questions and then looked me over and explained what he could see. As he was working on my back he was explaining to me what can cause some of the problems I was having and offered ways to correct them. Since I have started going to him I feel a lot better and I don't hurt as much. To make the visit even better, he offers a 'Sliding scale' payment for lower income families which really helps. I would recommend Arctic Chiropractic and Dr.Browne to anyone that's in pain. He can and will help you.

Algone Clinic is located in the same building and occupies some of the downstairs and the top floor. My wife is a new patient of Algone and I will do a write up for them when I have enough experience. I found this cafe during her visit. See my first write up. I realize this is unusual but this Cafe is most exceptional and I hope the business owner or Yelp can get together to get her a personal listing. I recommended it to her. She does an excellent business with great sandwiches, salads, soups and drinks daily in the area. Lunch time is I would think is her busiest time with a morning crowd for coffee and early breakfast items.
