Only go if you go for the shakes, and not if you have any food allergies. They are super loose fast with cross-contamination. I stopped eating the food here a while ago because something wasnt really right with the taste. I decided to give it another shot with my daughter, and I regretted it so much. Her chicken rings and fries, my chicken strips and onion rings, all tasted the same, like old oil. Judging by the taste and the smell that oil is probably just about old enough to graduate from high school. Their ice cream and shakes are fine, but if you have any sort of nut allergy, or an allergy found in candy you shouldn't risk getting anything at all from here. read more

The cheese curds were bussin... but the prices suck, bag of five burgers is almost 11$ that really isn't the greatest deal for. Cheap materials. Plus my brother works there and he'd kill me if I went lower. read more

They make good burgers and shakes but I was disappointed in the halibut. It was hot but dense and tough. Not flaky or flavorful at all. Their fries are really good and we're hot. Service was mediocre. I asked for tartar sauce at the window only to check the bag after driving away to find none in it. read more

Ordered a shack with no malt was very specific. Got malt powder and when I tasted it I new almost immediately. Refused to refund me. And willing to harm me. Will see what the manager says tomorrow. read more

We had our son who was 7 months with us when we decided to grab a bite to eat, where we found a highchair with broken buckles. Wonderful food as always, although the customer service was below par. I cannot fathom how inadequate the service was. Not to mention the manager on duty was verbally derogatory to her staff which probably caused the almost volatile attitudes they had. I will not be visiting this establishment again until the staff's attitude is more up lifting. read more

The women working had the absolute worst attitudes I have ever seen. Truly one of the stankiest faces when we asked for our to go order on our way out. Shittiest experience ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Also, the only high chair they had, was broken. read more

Horrible rude service. They kept walking away while we were ordering through the speaker and it took nearly 5 minutes of waiting for them to read back our order and give us a total. They shorted us a drink and were rude about getting it for us. They had the bank card forever and said that they had charged us for the wrong order, we were the only ones there although a car pulled in shortly after that. Then we stopped in the parking lot to unpack our food and we were missing an order or fries and our desserts. We called and they were snippy, but told us to go back through the drive through. We got the missing fries, but then they shorted us a dessert and they had slammed the window and were ignoring us. We had to honk to get them to come and give us the missing dessert and they argued about giving us the missing one. Horrible horrible service even though they had at least 3 people on shift and only a couple of customers. We will be going to a different drive through in Blackfoot from now on. Mistakes happen, but when every stage of your order is done incorrectly there's really no excuse. read more

Revisited this location on April 9, 2012 at about 5:50pm. We went through the drive. Greeting was fair. Ordered a Chocolate Milk Shake and finally a small 7-up after stating to the team member more then once we wanted a small...do not understand why she had to ask three times what size repeating each time small medium or large when each time he stated SMALL. Do not know what the cost came to as we were not given a receipt. Will, who ordered the chocolate milk shake stated at the window that his shake did not seem to be a milk shake yet the employee said it was so we left but within a few minutes turned around...there was no way the milk shake was except-able. It was way to thick no way to drink it. Will went inside to explain and the employees stated all milk shakes are made THICK you must ask for them to be made thin. If he wanted a cup of chocolate ice cream he would have ordered a cup of chocolate ice cream. They remade it. It was still sort of thick and he stated it sort of tasted funny so I took a taste and it did. He or I did not finish the so called milk shake. NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS ARCTIC CIRCLE. read more

Those girls need to have an attitude check. Also, if a customer asks for something extra, and pays for it, we expect that to be in the bag. But in their case, it means not to give the customer any of it in the first place. It happens just about every time. And don't bother calling. You just get more attitude over the phone than you do when getting your food. Those girls need to be retrained on how A- how to pack a bag with all the contents of the order and B- how to treat customers WITH a smile. You would think they got trained on the stank eye and how to cheap people out by not giving them what they paid for. read more

This is a pretty good place to go I have been here many many times and even though once there was a bug that was on my sisters burger they kindly replaced it for no charge they make good food and the service there has always been pretty good too read more

Ordered a taco salad with extra cheese, extra meat, and onions. I don't know if my idea of extra cheese is different than anyone else's, but 14 slivers of cheese is my idea of extra which I paid extra for is the same as other people. It will be awhile before I go back. read more
