Two of us stopped to have a late lunch. There were a few customers seated, but by all appearances it was not a busy time. We both chose not to order a 'meal deal' as neither wanted fries. Upon the total, I asked if it would have been cheaper in a 'Meal option'. I was told yes. So we changed both our orders to be the Meal Deal. It totaled $3.00 more. When I made mention of the fact I was troll well you're getting fries.... Didn't set well with either of us. The meal was served with no condiments. We had to ask for them as well as for any napkins. We arrived at 1:45 pm on Sunday July 12.I took 30 minutes to get my burger and fries. The fries were burned. Not a good experience at all!

30 mins for 2 hamburgers and onion rings will not use again burgers where cold due to leaving in the rack and not getting them out

You can't go with A&W for fast service, quality fresh, fast food. They are one of the top three as far as consistency goes, where ever you might be. The veggies always cold and fresh, the patties always hot and the cheese always perfectly melted. Love them chili fries too! 8.2/10 read more

I haven't been to A&W in a long time. This one was attached to a convenience store. I had the 2peice Cod ,fries and coleslaw. And a root beer float. The cod and fries were just ok. But the coleslaw was surprisingly fresh. Which a nice surprise. Because the root beer float was in a plastic cup and the Ice cream was soft serve ice. It wasn't quite the same! A&W is delicious. Can't beat the value of the two cheeseburger box. Weather you use the drive through or go inside you usually need to wait a while for your food. It's worth the wait. Highly recommend. read more

OLD SCHOOL! They make their own root beer here. It's so good. Just like I remember as a kid! I didn't know A&W still had restaurants that made their own. Yes, it's still fast food but if you like old fashioned root beer, stop for a beverage! read more

This place gets your order wrong 90% of the time, and they don't care. They have handed us our order multiple times and told us "sorry we made it wrong" and still give it to you. The problem is they are so slow to prepare an order we tend to have no choice if we are hungry and in a hurry. Blackfoot has so few choices and most have the same type of service or worse, so this is what we get. Truly disappointed as I usually like A&W - from different locations. read more

Their chicken sandwiches would be good if they were fresh but they make a whole bunch of them and then leave them under the warmer until they are like leather then serve them to customers. Oh and if you ask for a fresh one and you are willing to wait , they tell you, "ok." you end up waiting an extra 15 minutes and they bring you out a cold soggy chicken sandwich. So this place isn't any better than our Burger King or Arby's. read more

What a pleasant young man he was, he who took our order over the speaker. At fast food restaurants I am usually blown away by the twang twang twang of a high pitched speaker but hisvoice was as smooth as the On Tap root beer I have grown to love over the years. Let it be known that I do not agree with the previous users who have given this fine establishment a collective two stars. The vanilla cone we ordered was not only creamy and delicious, but it topped out at over 7 inches tall. (Not including the cone). I will never ever eat there again! I've been there three times in the last six months around 8 PM at night. Cold dry as a bone everything was horrible I have nothing good to say about that place never again read more
