I would use it as normal at the complex. The stat I got that Dan really liked is superior. It is the Ecobee. They are up to the 4 now. With the settings on this superior stat it has run about 15 minutes and off 15 minutes In 100 degree real feel temps oft higher, blew me away. Dan is a superior mechanic and a very nice person. Pure scam artists. The AC that was newly installed by K3 leaks freon and is empty within three…read moreweeks. Two other reliable AC companies have come out and the first thing they do when they see K3's work is shake their head and say "shoddy work, badly installed." The whole line needs to be ripped up. K3 (why is their name KKK?) refuses to stand by their work, even though the AC was installed in 11/14 (just seven months ago). According to public records, K3 is licensed to Kevin Herb in the state of Pennsylvania. I would suggest you avoid any contractor licensed under his named. The number listed on K3's website also crosslists with a company called BNK Mechanical. Do not be fooled if this fly-by-night operation begins working under a different name. Update: K3 has refused to return my phone calls or answer any of my email messages. A K3 employee even threatened to turn me in for harassment after only two phone calls. Is it any surprise that the only contact address for this company is a PO Box?

I had a hard time finding anyone who would come out to look at my furnace. Tonight my furnace stopped heating and of course it's the coldest night of the season. I called Clark's from yelp and he was here in 25 minutes! He diagnosed the problem quickly, had what he needed in his truck to fix it and now I can go to sleep with a warm house and not worry about the pipes freezing. The repair was on the expensive side, but it was actually less than what I was quoted before which surprised me for an emergency call. Would highly recommend if you have a furnace that needs help!
