Then, he added $5 to his quoted price and left grass clippings all over my back porch and in the street in front of my house. Especially when he claimed to be giving me a veteran's discount. This was very unprofessional. I was shocked that a veteran would have such a poor work ethic!! I will never hired this company again!

He disposed of the box, never offering to replace it. When the new pond was installed 4 years ago, he again plugged in 3 pieces of equipment that has since been running 24/7 on an extension cord with a 3-outlet adapter, laying on top of a nest of tangled cords on the dirt with dried pine needles. Before leaving on vacation 3 weeks ago I went to unplug the doser for the winter and the entire adaptor, plugs and cords were burning hot, blackened and melted! He is NOT a licensed electrician and twice now has put me in danger and my property at risk of burning!

TRIMMING not BUTCHERED. Left it lopsided! My upset husband contacted him to come back and TRY to fix the damage literally pointing out which branches needed to go. I stayed inside because I was so angry & disappointed about this that when Scott came back I refused to speak to him. It's so very ugly, so very unhappy. So if you want bare looking trees, hire Scott. The agreement: trim the branches going over to the neighbor's yard & dead branches. Thin out a few branches and then trim The bottom 8' straight across to look clean and neat. I can't even begin to tell u how terribly terribly ugly this is. He did not offer a discount, he offered to come plant another tree for free. Scott, you won't be invited back to our property. So so disappointed. $525 to pay you to ruin our beautiful tree was absurd.

I found his work to be unsatisfactory when it came to the sprinkler system.   Low quality pipes…read morewere used and he did not follow my instructions of making sure the main pipes were far enough from the property line so that fencing could be put in.  When the fence was finally put in, a number of holes for the 4x4's broke many pipes.   Plus some plants never got drip lines to them.  It took months before he corrected that.  And it took a year to get from him a layout of where the main pipes and drip hoses were buried.
