Told me the price but mentioned they were busy yesterday (a Friday), the nice lady told me to come in at 1230 PM the next day. Fast forward to today, I bring the dogs in and exactly 1230 and the door is locked. I knock and when I am going to call, a lady pops out and opens the door and says, can you wait 10-15 so I can finish drying this dog. I obliged, wait 20 minutes or so, and left. No communication after she shut that door. No "this is going to take longer" or sorry could you come back at "this" time instead. People have things to do, and some peoples pets get anxiety in cars, like mine. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but it's really simple to keep appointment times or communicate otherwise to your customers. Moni was so kind and gentle with Arthur and let me be there to comfort him the entire time. He was wagging his tail and was so happy when he left. Her facility is clean and calm with no other dogs or animals in the grooming facility so it feels peaceful and comfortable. If you have a fearful or reactive dog because of a bad grooming experience or for whatever reason. I highly recommend this groomer. She is an expert and just an all around amazing and kind human. Miss Jerri has groomed my smaller mixed breed (13pound, Tibetan Spaniel and unknown) for 16 years. Jerri can deliver the official cut per breed, but doesn't balk if you request something else. I didn't realize that my girl, Molly, would become a bit anxious when around other dogs who constantly barked. Miss Jerri always scheduled Molly to avoid this situation. Jerri cares about these animals and you'll never have to worry about the treatment of your pup. I'll add a picture of my Molly freshly groomed. Keep in mind, this may not be an "official" cut for a registered breed, but Jerri delivered the cut just as I asked.

Zoe has been a life saver for us & our pittie mix Bailee, who has been working on leash reactivity…read morearound other dogs. We came to Zoe after working with two other trainers and feeling very defeated. During our very first session Zoe had Bailee laying down comfortably on a leash next to another dog! It wasn't long before Bailee was able to play off leash with other dogs in Zoe's pack. After over a year of her having no dog to dog contact, this nearly brought me to tears. We have learned so much from Zoe about general dog behavior, but most importantly we've learned much more about Bailee and how we can adjust our behaviors to best meet her needs. Zoe is as good at training humans as she is at training dogs! Training can be a very long process, and it has its ups and downs. Zoe is there through it all with kindness, empathy, and support. She is so knowledgeable, very communicative, and you always feel like you are her most important client. Although we still have work to do, Bailee is now enjoying "adventures" with Zoe's dog pack & we know she is in the very best hands. I always look forward to training days with Zoe, we are so lucky to have her in our lives!
