Not only is it great to get a juice or smoothie for drinking while running around or at a treat, but I also like stock up on salads and snacks for week too. They have a great shiitake mushroom Caesar salad - the dressing is so fresh and the whole thing is vegan. I love their desserts too, the strawberry sea moss cheesecake (also vegan) is to die for, and sea moss has so many health benefits! The inside is cute, small but quaint. There's not a lot (if any) seating inside, but there's a couple of small tables outside. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful! I loved Arden's Garden! We were in midtown looking for a good smoothie spot when I pulled up Yelp. Yelp is always on point as this place had great reviews and they were very accurate. I was so impressed with all the choices you could choose from and the prices were affordable as well. All the bases of the smoothies are made of real juices, no sugar added. I made my own 24oz. smoothie which includes a base and 3 fruits of your choice. It was a perfectly blended smoothie consisting of an apple base with peaches, bananas, and mango. I've tried Arden's juices on a number of occasions in the bottled variety, they've varied from tasty ones to seemingly healthy ones that are nearly impossible to drink due to the heavy consistency. Sure, I realize, you can't make all healthy things taste good. Walking from Piedmont Park today, I've stumbled into this spot and got really excited. COURTEOUS employees really made the place what it is. Everybody was quick, friendly and attentive. BEXORCIST juice/smoothie was tasty, but very heavy. I must admit, I did struggle to finish mine. The consistency is just so thick and serving is fairly large, so finishing it was a bit of a struggle. Strong flavor of wheatgrass and ginger clearly came through. FROZEN fruits were being used in some of the juices, I could see chunks of ice as they unloaded a new batch of strawberries or raspberries, forgot which one of the two it was. Either way, I don't like that. Keeping things fresh is the way to go in my opinion. VERY PRICEY for what it is. I've been to many juice bars and this one gets the award for being one of the more expensive I've ever visited. A couple juices came out to 17.50 with tax and that's very steep. I also don't know if they have various serving sizes or just one, but nobody asked me what size I want. So, maybe it's just a standard size fits all kind of thing. read more

And yes, I know that the fruits are frozen, but they do have to run a business and I almost prefer my fruits frozen prior to being crushed in a blender. #teamfrozen My girlfriend and I decided to make our own concoction that consisted of strawberries, mango slices, blueberries, and pieces of ginger, and we downed that fruity goodness and spicy after-taste. It made the drive on Highway 85 much less stressful. They also have tons of snacks such as kale chips and nut bars, if you like to get down like that. II. SERVICE Nicest. Guy. Ever. I forget his name, but he didn't mind us asking a million questions about the menu. He also admitted that he consumes fruits and vegetables during the day, and then beer and chicken at night. Amazing lifestyle, if you ask me. III. ATMOSPHERE/ DÉCOR It's more of a grab-and-go kind of place, although there are some seats at their counter. Place is super clean, too. IV. Apparently, Arden's garden is known for it's healthy smoothies and juices. I had no idea, until last Sunday. We were at the neighborhood for UYsammiE at Woody's cheesteak and sitting outside with fellow yelpers. From there, you cannot miss Arden's garden at next strip mall(towards 10th street). We didn't try anything other Grand slam - in fact, that's the sole purpose of the visit, after fellow yelper, Thi mentioned about this. The grand slam is basically four small shots of, 1) Wheat grass juice 2) Ginger juice 3) Lemon Juice 4) Cranberry Juice What's the big deal, right? Well, I will have you know that these are juices without any sugar or any other preservatives. Surprisingly, wheat grass shot was the tastier shot of all! It has subtle sweetness to it. The ginger juice was just that. Whole shot of it was bad - so bad, I loved it! And lemon juice, as you would expect, extremely tangy. And then finally the cranberry. The experience of taking the four shots with a group was so much fun and totally worth the $4 - everyone were making faces and reacting differently for each of the shots. If not for healthy reasons that the staff will definitely tell you about, it's worth give it a shot(pun intended) just for the fun. Staff here was very friendly and nice to us and that made it more fun. Only bummer is, they have everything pre-juiced somewhere else and distributed here. They reassured us that everything is not more than a week old and still no preservatives. No big deal, something to note if you prefer your juices fresh. read more

Arden's Garden is wonderful. Great pricing and healthy snacks, drinks, salads, etc. My go to orders are the grand slam and some of the true blue shots. This is a chain and there are plenty scattered throughout the city. The staff is always great, and the stores are always spotless. I probably stop in at least once a week to stock up on my juices. I really liked the hibiscus tea they had but one of the workers told me they aren't carrying it anymore. Hopefully they will bring it back. The name "Arden's Garden" was a must try when I was looking for healthy options. A friend did the 2-day Detox and raved how awesome it was. Later I found out that I didn't have to go to the Atlanta stores and can get premade juices at Whole Foods. Since then I've been getting them. However, I still wanted to go to the Atlanta to check out the store itself. Today, I finally had a chance to. I was in the area this morning and thought I would go to one of the Arden's Garden stores. I landed in the Monroe Drive location. We were greeted right away nor did anyone care to talk to us...until another employee came in - he's so friendly and outgoing! I wish I remember his name!! He made small talk and I enjoyed talking to him. I just regular pineapple base with mango, bananas, & strawberries. After talking to him, I was convinced to just add spinach in my smoothie since it doesn't taste like anything. My daughter got the Ph4 base with the same three fruits as me but no spinach. My smoothie was amazing. It was so good. My daughter's smoothie was too tart for me but she loved it. She prefers more sour anyways. Next time, I want to go back and try something else and hopefully I will run into the sweet, friendly, outgoing guy instead. What a great way to get a healthy treat while strolling on the beltline! There is a little back window where you can order drinks without going inside... so perfect for when you're on a nice long walk and want a refreshing smoothie. The employee helped us pick smoothies we'd like based on sweetness level, if we wanted green vegetables in them or just fruit, and even what to add if we wanted to build our own. I was very happy with the "Happy Smoothie," which I thought was a great mix of greens and fruit that tasted delicious, but also gave me some greens. I added hemp seed so it would have some protein, and that helped keep me full for longer. read more

Okay, I'm from Cincinnati and very upset that their products are sold only in Atlanta. Looked in Whole Foods and other Natural Food stores in the Cincy area and could not find it. I was told by the clerk when I went to this store that it is local. I know you can order online, but I prefer to stock up because shipping can get costly. My favorite are the veggie juice selection- the Yoga 1 and Green Energy Machine. Freshly pressed and fresh. The only smoothie I tried is Pump up the Protein (7 grams of protein and high in potassium). I can't find a lot of places in Cincinnati that carries fresh pressed veggie juice. This is as good as it gets. If you want a good cleanse, this is the place to go. This shop in particular has a great selection of juices to choose from. They also make smoothies here too. Very friendly staff and shop clean. I'm in LOVE. I absolutely love this place! read more

First visit to Ardens Garden and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean and we were greeted with a smile and given a tour of the store and an explanation of the Smoothies, Vegetable Juicers, Cookies, Bars etcetera. My boyfriend recommended the Grand Slam which is 4 different juices/ veggie combinations. They are meant to be consumed counterclockwise starting with the wheatgrass (you must swish it around in your mouth flexible 30s before swallowing then drink the other three like a shot). If I was just rating based on a wide selection of reasonably priced tasty smoothies and a friendly staff, this place would get 5 stars! My only issue is with the parking. If you leave your car in the parking lot and sit in the back shady area they will boot your car. I realize Arden's does not operate this company but when I contacted Arden's directly, nobody responded. Frustrating that it costs $75 to remove a boot when I never left the parking lot - but Arden's should definitely post signs to warn customers or work with their landlord to prevent this corrupt company (Secure Parking Enforcement) from operating in this parking lot. read more

The juice produced and sold are tasty and the staff is friendly but I learned from the company they do not use organic fruits and vegetables. Compressing fruits and vegetables into juice that are non-organic presents issues in my opinion with also include the herbicides and pesticides used to grow standard produce. I've read articles about the dangers associated with juicing with non-organic fruits and vegetables and that prompts me to avoid this company until such time they switch and provide organic. I was first informed at the juice bar I went to the fruits and vegetables were organic but the representative seemed hesitant about this so I contacted the company and found out the facts. read more
