Their online interaction could use a lot of work. In negotiating a significant purchase, they weren't friendly at all, and were somewhat arrogant. There are dozens of Canadian music supply options, and most will wiggle a bit when asked. Immediately following my posting of the above paragraph in a Google review, in a classic example of 'blame the customer', the store falsely alleged "online harassment", and "attacks on retail workers", in its reply. Serious, false allegations like these are libelous. The lesson here, for the business, is that friendliness goes a long way towards customer retention, whereas attacking your customers only serves to further inflame their dissatisfaction. Bought a book for hubby for xmas, they wouldn't exchange or refund in spite of receipts not declaring final sale. Hubby bought a guitar and amp while there and they still wouldn't give credit for the book. He returned the amp one hour later deciding his old amp was till good enough. Again, they wouldn't refund his money, but rather only gave him store credit. Don't shop here. Lousy customer service and policy. Inform your customers that EVERYTHING is final sale!!!! read more
