Without asking or clearing it with me, he removed thousands of files from Lightroom, including many 5-star rated ones I currently use. My computer even crashed following one of his operations. (See photo) He couldn't fix What he'd done. At first, he agreed to reimburse me, but then said he wouldn't give me anything back. I had to pay someone else to clean up his mess, and then to do the work I'd hired Mehul to do in the first place. You are missing the point ... the point is that when I signed up for $159.99/month there was no discussion at the initial meeting to say 'BTW ... there will be increases 6 months in and every year after'. This should be clearly indicated on your website (like your free month advertising) and should be a conversation up front.
