There are dozens of Canadian music supply options, and most will wiggle a bit when asked. Immediately following my posting of the above paragraph in a Google review, in a classic example of 'blame the customer', the store falsely alleged "online harassment", and "attacks on retail workers", in its reply. Serious, false allegations like these are libelous. The lesson here, for the business, is that friendliness goes a long way towards customer retention, whereas attacking your customers only serves to further inflame their dissatisfaction. It's a dishonest, unwise practice that deters potential new customers, and puts the business at risk of legal action.

Kathleen has been so very helpful with all my sax lesson bookings and puts up with my rambling on about stuff. Medde was great help in improving my sax playing and very positive and encouraging. I really enjoyed my lessons. Jeff has always been there to assist us with advise, guidance and our purchases. I really love the ukulele that Jeff helped me pick out today. We brought it in, the workers were very excited about the guitar and said how awesome of a guitar type it is. Left buying a stand for his accoustic guitar. Later on in the week, my Christian friend brought it to them by himself. They had called me stupid and a liar (??) , trying to scam the poor trusting fellow out of money and unecessary repairs obviously. He called me then thankfully and I fixed it myself easily. Like a mechanic eh? I wouldnt trust these guys. Edit To Add Second Review: I brought in my MacBook that had something stuck into the headphone port (a piece of headphone jack). They said it needed to replace the whole Logic Board!! I knew better and went online with all the tips and did it myself in 5 minutes.
