First she was late opening up the store. Second she bloched my contouring which bloched my blush. I asked her about fixing it and she took a sponge to my cheek but that did nothing!! When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own.
