When the roof was replaced, the workers left no trash, no nails, no evidence that they had been there except for a great-looking new roof. When we first called them, we had a leak in our roof and water was coming in through our bathroom ceiling, and Chris came out and made and emergency temporary repair, as well. These guys do a great job. I thought the price of our new roof was very reasonable. They also support veterans.

At the end, his response was: "Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There's foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that's why the trusses are collapsing." This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn't seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I'll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job--I don't have time to play games with businesses like this.

I have, in writing, an agreement for the soffit and fascia to be replaced as part of a gutter job H&H did on my property. Instead, the soffit and fascia was reused. When I asked about this, I was told it'd be an additional charge. Part of the work was to clean the gutters. The gutter build up was not fully cleaned up and much of the gutter build up ended up in the yard. Regarding quality, a gap was left between the fascia board and roof. The soffit and fascia is uneven and doesn't line up properly. From what I can tell, the gutters themselves look fine. If the scope of the work is limited to gutter replacement, you might not have any problems.

The shingles are not that old, but my roof had a bad sag in back (due to original bad construction) & a leaking spot in front. They fixed both big areas, plus they found a vent pipe that wasn't shingled around & fixed it, & even recaulked around my chimney while they were up there! That's true caring about your job! They did not leave a mess, either (I only found two nails on the ground afterwards, which was amazing, for all the work they did!) Price was reasonable for this job, too.

I had a few questions and asked for the name of the customer down the street so I could ask my neighbor about their experience. I never got that info. I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded! I don't want to id the estimator by name, but I will say that I'm disappointed in their lack of response.

I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.
