I said I wanted to get a better quality motor. He recommended a "Champion" motor and asked for an upfront payment for the materials, which was strange. I ended up cutting two checks, one for the materials, other for service fee. -9/13/20 was the date Darius was supposed to repair the garage door. Time given was between 11am-3pm. 4:30pm he did not arrive. I had to call him to find out he has two other houses. By the time Darius would get here it would be dark. I waited ALL DAY for his arrival. 7pm I called him to say we have to reschedule. Again. 4 days with no garage door. 9/15/20 Darius assured he would be here this time. No call, no show. Ghosted my calls and texts. By this time I found out Darius had cashed both checks already after I called my bank. 9/16/20 still being ghosted by Darius, and trying to work things out with Choice Home Warranty. They have my money, and I still have a broken garage door.
