The install team (two guys, led by the amazing Mark) was awesome, very professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to protect my floors and furniture. They cleaned up as they went, which I definitely appreciated. Scott, the owner, stayed in touch throughout the day of installation and honestly throughout the whole process.
