I'd like to shout out Emilio and his team for the work done in the past two weeks. originally I found leaking from one of the corner gutter joints. I submitted service request to yelp and Emilio called me back within 5 minutes. On the next day he was able to bring his on site and fix the issue within an hour. He suggested further protection measures. in the next week he led his team come again and installed the very economical solution, that is the gutter strainer after cleaning the gutter system. the job has been in high quality, taking photos for every strainer installed. They were VERY quick to respond and start work, however the quality of work was not great, to say the least. victor was very argumentative on repairing a sinking roof his company caused. He was kind in person, but refused to provide any insurance his company had. Upon arrival, every few minutes it was coming to the door needing more money for something on top of what was quoted and paid. The professionalism from the company was 0 stars. Upon researching the company more, learned they recently changed their name. Many homes had similar issues, and if they asked for them to fix the work they provided they were ignored. Victor (the owner) argued to fix the damage they caused my roof. Eventually, they did fix it, but still sags. I would recommend doing research and asking for an insurance policy, I do not believe he has one. The owner has down right refused to provide it. read more

I needed to get this repaired quickly ahead of a major storm that was estimated to drop 1-3in of rain with high winds. We put out a request for bids on a project to repair our fascia and clean our gutters. Victor was quick to respond and quick to arrange a visit to our home to review the scope of work. His projected cost was the same as several other bids so it seemed in line with the industry. He also took time to look at some other projects we need work on and give us a general estimate of the scope of work and cost. I requested proof of insurance and a written contract with the scope of work and he promptly provided both. In scheduling his work, he was communicative and responsive. We had to move the date a couple of times due to a snow storm and he and his team arrived promptly on the agreed-upon day. He found some missing pieces to our roof, and pointed out that those missing pieces were the reason we had damage to our fascia, alerting us to a defect in our roof that needs to be addressed through our roofing warranty.
