On day 2 I caught them caulking over old weathered, cracked caulk. I caught the lead man hiding old rotted wood with caulk. When I brought it to his attention that all rotten would needed to be replaced, he said he was not informed to do this. I had to babysit the job. He had supplies needed on his truck, did a good job with the work, and communicated well.
