The only drawback is that they are often *very* busy being the only branch location adjacent to Fort Lee. I also wish they participated in share branching. They also have branches in other locations I tend to frequent in my travels, such as Saratoga Springs. Yey for me. They are quick to spot any potential fraudulent activity and call and they have been super helpful in resolving issues over the phone. Their customer service is twenty four seven and their call centers are HERE, in the United States, not The Philippines, India, etc. They may have accents and they may think I have an accent but they are empowered to help address problems and they understand how we communicate. They do not feel me to death with stupid charges--heck, they even refund many of my atm fees. I am told their home loan rates are among the very best but they are slow.
