It is the only location I have ever had a problem depositing money without an ID. Every other location doesn't require this, but for some reason this one does. I called customer service after leaving and they confirmed with me that it is not required, but preferred. Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm actually closing all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing Virginia credit union!

He said pretty much 12- 12:10. I told him I was leaving and inquired about how long. He said about an hour and he would call. Oil change Tire rotation Brake check is why I came. When I came back I sat in the waiting area and watched a movie they had playing. They told me that my brakes are fine but I needed 2 tires, which I knew I needed. I also needed a front alignment. Grrr. lol. But yeah, overall a good experience. Ended up leaving at 2:15. Not too bad. Roughly spent about $550 for everything. I didnt get the feeling they were trying to get over or anything. Male answered the phone, told me he could take care of us in 35 minutes. We arrived, the place was closed, on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. I called him 3x and no answer, kept going to voicemail after ringing several times. Come on man, if something changed, I get it, all I ask is for you to have called us and let us know or at the very least to pick up the phone and let me know so i didn't just leave me there waiting. I had my wife and kids in the car, on a road trip to NY from South Carolina after Hurricane Helene.

During the inspection, several maintenance items were suggested to be done. She did it & they were nice enough to give her a few discounts on service. She spent more than she wanted to, but they were nice. The waiting area was spacious & clean. They don't offer complimentary snacks like I'm used to though & they didn't have much to choose from that day in their snack machine. You get kind of hungry waiting hours for car repairs. They need to look into offering snacks. All in all, it was a great visit. I'm sure we will be back.

Unprofessional, rip-off, deceptive, vastly overpriced, and a borderline scam…read more The fact they couldn't give me a price over the phone without calling me back 20 minutes later with a quote should've been a red flag. I believe they're using variable pricing and they try to tease out who you are and what you're all about before tossing you a seriously unreasonable price. They pitched $500 for cleaning a select area of a single-family house, which is absurdly out-of-the-market, for this type of cleaning for this area. They also told me over the phone that they don't offer the carpet shampooing and cleaning that is shown in their very pictures on their own Google profile because they "don't have the time for that anymore", Their profile pictures on the various review sites show an SUV decked out with paint and graphics to show the company logo, and a professional looking cleaning staff smiling in a conference room. The reality however, is far from that. They appear to be using some kind of AI business-service that continues to upload pictures for them, and I can see, just a month ago, again, they uploaded that same photo of them steam cleaning carpet in a house. But they don't steam clean, or shampoo carpets. Make that make sense for me. Secondly, they told me that one person will be sent to handle a deep cleaning. For an entire house. 2000 square feet, 3000 square feet, it doesn't matter. I asked how that is possible and they told me that their staff is trained to do an entire clean in one go as one person. My hesitation was that that one person would be exhausted by the time they get to the end of any house. I really felt bad for the person they sent to clean because this person definitely did not deserve working conditions like that; they should've been straight-up with this person about how much house it was, and probably sent two or three people, as is pretty standard with every residential cleaning service I've ever seen, especially for a deep clean. Which brings me to: they demanded to do a deep clean and pay the price for that, because their rules say that if you haven't been a regular customer you have to take a deep clean from them, which is several hundred dollars more. I would think as a business talking to the customer, you take what you can get. I only went with them because the other few companies I called still had not even returned my call, but I will certainly NEVER be using Incredible Cleaning again. I recommend you do the same.
